The only English language television was from France, Turkey and Korea! Nothing from the UK or USA.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room very nice. The room lighting was very good even though there was no ceiling light. There is a good supermarket over the road.

Very expensive parking facilities in a public garage in the basemant of the hotel; 24 € per 24 hours!

Placed very central close to public transportation and in the multi cultural area around Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Friendly staff - they found my lost sunglasses :-)

The area had a number of drug addicts and homeless. We didn’t feel unsafe because it was a busy thoroughfare so there were people around but it wasn’t pleasant surroundings. I don’t think it would be a desirable area to walk around after midnight. One very early morning you could hear a neighbouring room’s TV at 3am. I’m not sure if it was room soundproofing or unavoidable noise caused by someone who is inconsiderate. It only occurred on the one night.

We walked from the central station with luggage. Got taxi going back! Price of breakfast although, to be fair we didn't see what it contained because we opted to go out and found a great place not far away.

Size of room. Luggage storage. Proximity to town centre, restaurants and the lake. Competence and helpfulness of staff. Cleanliness.

The area was ok but I retired early to play it safe train stations mean homeless in a lot of German cities.

Great location by the train station unfortunately construction made it a little hard to get to.

The shower was over the bath without any grab rails and the bath was slippery so felt a little unsafe getting in and out for a shower

A reasonable walking distance from the train station. Lovely clean and fresh reception area, good size room with comfy bed, the bar was shut for a night when we wanted a drink so the reception staff gave us a free beer which was nice of them. Spotlessly clean. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. In a good location for exploring, we walked nearly everywhere due to this.

One lift didn’t work properly

Convenient to the centre of Hamburg. Everything was on offer for the breakfast, hot and cold. Particularly machines to make pancakes and tea, coffee.

The check-in member of staff shared no basic information shen someone is checking in, without me specifically asking (when is the check out, when and where is breakfast, can I have a dog bowl)

Area a little shabby chic

A gem of a hotel near Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Booked last minute as missed our connection to Copenhagen. Clean, and well proportioned room. friendly staff

The air conditioning did not work at all, causing the temperature in the room to rise to nearly 27 degrees. We were told that the hotel had problems with the thermostat units in the rooms. But this was disappointing.

Very modern and comfortable. The room had an unusual layout with the shower area completely open. The front desk staff was very welcoming.

Elevators were often not working properly, very unfortunate when traveling with a baby stroller.

Air conditioning didn’t work even after we reported it. The TV only had 1 english channel and the option to change the subtitles did not work

would be best to stay away from the train station region during the night, although i did not feel at risk, there are many drunks and junkies

We were on a high floor, and almost missed a train because we were waiting on the elevator...but if we'd planned more time, that wouldn't have been a problem.

It was close to the train station. The neighborhood wasn't fancy, but I never felt unsafe. They have free apples and water in the lobby!
