1. The bathroom was tiny and there were no.holders for soaps, and no hangers for towels. It would be good to renovate a bit. 2. There was no microwave.

Housekeeping isn’t done daily and the furnishings were dated. The lobby smelled weird as well

The space is large and it contains everything you need including an oven, stove and heating everywhere. It’s spacious and even has a dining area with Netflix. The place is near to many restaurant and stores and is very convenient to travel with bustops right outside.

Wonderful location in the old town, with easy close walking access to all sights, plus other essentials like groceries, bakeries, etc... Apartment was confortable and well-appointed - loved using the emailed access code rather than a key, as it made it very easy for all 4 members of my family to come and go as they pleased. Very practical, friendly and quick responses from management at all times via the Booking.com ap. Regensburg is beautiful and historic, and this was a great apartment for us - would recommend to anyone

The sleeping pillows were not comfortable at all, empty and limp. Should be renewed/exchanged with new and proper pillows.

I got instructions on how to enter apartment which was great, but as "reception"was open I thought I would just inform them of our arrival The response was haven't you received your email as to what yo do? They then proceeded to do what they were doing.

The position was great. A couple of minutes from the station,. Good for an overnight stay, and coffee machine a plus.

A slack cleaner had not cleaned properly. Worst of all was when I moved the bed and there were Lollipop sticks, wrappers, and a couple of old socks, not even matching.

Wifi wasn't working (signal strong, but unable to connect). Within the building also no mobile network available (signal too weak). No airconditioning, but a fan is available. There is only one window, room can get very warm and difficult to ventilate. Minor nuisance: TV doesn't work, shower doesn't drain well.

Location is perfect in the city center. Cheap parking garage available within 100m (theater). Apartment is clean and easy accessible with keycode. Supermarket right behind the building.

90% of the reason we wanted this location was because of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the refrigerator didn't work, so we weren't able to use the facilities. Also, although the bed was comfortable - the pull-out's were extremely uncomfortable (even for kids).

The hotel is located in a GREAT part of town! Very close to public transportation, restaurants and shops! The room was very clean.

The coffee machine (Philips Senseo) did not make adequate coffee - very watery. There is no laundry machine in the building; however, there is a convenient laundromat nearby - perhaps hosts might give some information on this to guests, along with recommendations for supermarkets and other practicalities. Equipment was ok overall, but some minor additional touches like a draining rack for dishes (and dish towels), and shower caddy for toiletries would be helpful.

Great location in the centre of Regensburg, very clean apartment. Easy access and excellent communication from the hosts, comfortably furnished. Nice balcony! The apartment was smallish but still good value and large enough for a family of four.

The apartment that I booked, had a double bed positioned next to the entrance and accessible only from one side.

Modern apartment in a very good location. Very easy check-in using codes. Ample advice about parking from the host.
