Parking issues. Why isn’t the garage under the hotel open?

Location. Cleanliness of reception, accommodation and dining area. Staff very helpful.

Limited parking but is the only negative I found.

All was great! I cannot find anything negative.

Room was so clean and the bed is vert comfy, check in process was so smooth and in no time as I filled in my details before I arrived. Staff are professional and friendly.

View from hotel window wasn't great.

We were able to park our car safely in the hotel car park but I expect that spaces might not always be available. Good and economical restaurant called Ferbers Parkcafe in Ferbers Park about 1 km walk northwards from the hotel. Good busses into the city centre.

Regrettably, there aren't any tea or coffee facilities in the room. As for the pillow, it was rather soft, but I understand that could be a matter of personal preference.

Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide choice. Good beds in a spacious room. Not a spacious car park but we were fortunately able to park our car.

It said each room was based on a European artist, but our room was absolutely plain, nothing artistic about the place! Bathroom was very small. Parking was limited and difficult.

The bed, we booked a double room and the mattrass was hilly on one side with a canyon in the middle which made our night not the best. We had no kettle in the room.

Really liked the personnal, very helpful, smiling. We also like the possibility to go to pool with our little one and finally the breakfast was good too. Free parking was available behind we got lucky and found spot.

There are no coffee making facilities in the room and it was not clear whether such beverages could be obtained at the bar.

Our third stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient for access to the city where good restaurants are plentiful and easily found from the motorway. The room was bright and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful with plenty of choice.

Though the rooms are well insulated, this was not enough to prevent drunk neighbours from waking us up late in the night.

Quiet to sleep at night. For its quietness, it is worth the walk of 3 kilometres away from the city centre. That said, there is a good bus connection. Staff very friendly and efficient. Generous offer/variety of fruits at breakfast.

It was a smell coming on from the drainage,not very pleasant but maybe in the future will be fixed.

It was comfy, we like it. Just last morning there was a road maintenance and it was noisy. We had to wake up very early.

the Hotel is easy to reach if you come from Belgium,makes an ideal stop over for driving to Köln,AAchen or Bonn.you can use the two sauna until 22 o clock.
