The location is a little preipheral to most of Nuremberg's attractions but if you're happy to walk, or can take bus, train or tube, that's not an issue.

Hotel is not manned most of the time but we were able to gain access easily enough. Once inside we couldn't initally find our room but did so eventually. All was well from then on, including the excellent breakfast, very helpful staff member (Vera), the conmfortable room and convenient secure car parking.

Would be good to have a kettle in the apartment, but you can still boil water in a pot.

No negative remarks - good location, some 15 min from the historic city centre, very helpful staff, self check-in described in a detailed way. Very good breakfast, cheap and secure parking space. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with almost everything.

The breakfast was not really nice. There cut the Wurst and cheese very little pieces. The coffee was also ok but not strong.

The space of room is big compare to the other hotel in Nürnberg.

The price is high compared with the conditions they offered for. It was cold in the penthouse apartment and they have not fixed it despite I have complained in the first day of our stay

We arrived around 17:00, and there was no front desk attendant. It was OK, but if anything went wrong, it would be terribly inconvenient. We did have difficulty with the parking situation and the desk attendant the next morning was helpful, but I was worried all night, and it could have been worse.

The facility was nice and quiet and clean. We had to pay extra for a baby bed, but it was waiting for us upon arrival.

The reception is available by 2 pm only. There was cold in the room and this did not change even after asking the staff to raise the temperature a bit. I can imagine this may only be a problem for the loft family room which is spacious and has high ceilings. However, the room was cold for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping needs improvement (dust under the bed, dirt in the fridge)

You have to be an assured user of IT and have everything on the mobile 'phone. The instructions come to your e-mail with codes for entry and a map of the garage, and the latter is non too clear. The hotel is empty and you only have a contact number if you have any queries.

We loved the easy checkin with the pin code. The amities at the accommodation were also great. Room had towels, soap, show get and lotion. The space was big and shower temp and pressure was also top. 😚

The only thing was that there was no air-conditioning and we were there during a very hot August. We tried to keep windows and curtains closed but the housekeeping staff kept opening them - it was very well intentioned I'm sure and the room was cleaned very well.

Nice hotel in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the Old town. The rooms were large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Very family and pet friendly.

The hotel room was advertised to have a fully working kitchen. The dish washer did not work however and there was no way to clean plates, cups etc. We found the cups and plates visibly unclean in the shelves.

The amenities is terrible, the bar soap is really low quality, makes your skin dry and cracks, there are only 2 small sachets of liquid soap which is only for 1 shower., no safe, no electric keettle, the tv isn't working, gets really hot because there ware no aircon (atleast we feel like there is no aircon). It says there is free coffee & tea at lobby, but on our case the machine isn't working except on the breakfast time. In conclusion, it really is a 6/10 hotel.

The staff is polite, self check in super easy, our request is being heard.

My only recommendation would be for the room to be equipped with a mini fridge. Otherwise the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated but the bedroom furniture was perhaps from the old hotel? The sofa bed was great for the children 6&9 but our twin beds were less pleasant. although linen etc was pristine the mattresses very very soft and the pillows were for us unfortunately feather and flat. A quick email and I had info where I could get another pillow- unfortunately just one though.

the hotel is back off a very quiet street with about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The building was newly renovated and super clam while maintaining a lot of old charm. It was very quiet at all times with no disturbing noise of any kind. The staff were friendly and email (it’s not 24 hour desk) contact is excellent and helpful.
