Would be good to have a kettle in the apartment, but you can still boil water in a pot.

No negative remarks - good location, some 15 min from the historic city centre, very helpful staff, self check-in described in a detailed way. Very good breakfast, cheap and secure parking space. The apartment was very spacious, equipped with almost everything.

The breakfast was not really nice. There cut the Wurst and cheese very little pieces. The coffee was also ok but not strong.

The space of room is big compare to the other hotel in Nürnberg.

The building is far from the street, where it is completely quiet. There is an old wooden building between the trees, but it is creative in design

The reception is available by 2 pm only. There was cold in the room and this did not change even after asking the staff to raise the temperature a bit. I can imagine this may only be a problem for the loft family room which is spacious and has high ceilings. However, the room was cold for the entire duration of our stay. Housekeeping needs improvement (dust under the bed, dirt in the fridge)

Walking distance to the city centre, the family room (penthouse) spacious and comfortable, helpful staff, coffee + tea + hot chocolate available 24 hours, very good breakfast, parking available on request (additional fee). Kitchenette as part of the family room.

Wifi didn’t reach the hotel room(26).

We loved the easy checkin with the pin code. The amities at the accommodation were also great. Room had towels, soap, show get and lotion. The space was big and shower temp and pressure was also top. 😚

The only thing was that there was no air-conditioning and we were there during a very hot August. We tried to keep windows and curtains closed but the housekeeping staff kept opening them - it was very well intentioned I'm sure and the room was cleaned very well.

Nice hotel in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the Old town. The rooms were large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Very family and pet friendly.

We could decide in the morning spontaneously if we would like to have breakfast or not. It was a very spacious room.

The shower flooded on first use, soaking my pyjamas and everything on the floor. Also there were several flies in the bathroom.

The amenities is terrible, the bar soap is really low quality, makes your skin dry and cracks, there are only 2 small sachets of liquid soap which is only for 1 shower., no safe, no electric keettle, the tv isn't working, gets really hot because there ware no aircon (atleast we feel like there is no aircon). It says there is free coffee & tea at lobby, but on our case the machine isn't working except on the breakfast time. In conclusion, it really is a 6/10 hotel.

The staff is polite, self check in super easy, our request is being heard.

My only recommendation would be for the room to be equipped with a mini fridge. Otherwise the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The location, covered parking & PIN code check-in. The hotel is also tucked away out of the sunshine which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated but the bedroom furniture was perhaps from the old hotel? The sofa bed was great for the children 6&9 but our twin beds were less pleasant. although linen etc was pristine the mattresses very very soft and the pillows were for us unfortunately feather and flat. A quick email and I had info where I could get another pillow- unfortunately just one though.

the hotel is back off a very quiet street with about a 10 minute walk into the city centre. The building was newly renovated and super clam while maintaining a lot of old charm. It was very quiet at all times with no disturbing noise of any kind. The staff were friendly and email (it’s not 24 hour desk) contact is excellent and helpful.

The stairs from the bathroom and no wifi was a big problem for us as a tourist

the room wasn't the best. the stairs from the bathroom almost kill us every time we went to the toilet. No wifi in our room and was flooded in the bathroom but the staff was definitely nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and I like fruit salad.

We could not accommodate the whole family in one or adjacent rooms, which made small things more difficult. No internet signal in one of the rooms did not help either. Watch out parking options.

Walking distance of U-bahn line and just two stations to the heart of the city. Silent and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was light and tasty. The early breakfast time is good especially if you want to check out early. The room is clean. Hotel is near to the center. Personal very helpful and they had responded to inquiries very promptly. Room code is very suitable when you have to arrive lately.
