Everything. Because of a veru big world wide expo in Düsseldorf the room rate was extraordinary 1 night 165 euro for double room. Normally 60 All hotels were fully booked.

I booked a double room. When I checked in, I was told that since we were two people, we would be charged more. The first question: If I live alone, why should I book a double room? Secondly, I was asked to pay only in cash, and I was not given a receipt for the city tax. And the most outrageous thing is that the room environment is completely different from the picture.

Everything else. When I arrived I had to wait for 40 min, nobody answered calls or messages. Very dirty. The staff is very rude. Knocking at 8 in the morning telling us to leave at 10 even though the check out is at 11 because other people are coming.

Rip off. At the time of reservation, let the owner know that my train arrives at 21:20 so I would be able to check in at 22. The hotel accepted my reservation and said it is impossible to check in. The lady on the phone said no exceptions and she doesn’t make any decisions. Result - cancelled business trip. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was a mess. After arriving, it took us almost a full hour to get into the room. Of course, they wanted to change rooms to ones not in the reservation. No one can visit you as if you are in prison. The reception was extremely impolite and immoral. The room doesn't even have soap to wash your hands.

First thing this is a house not hotel! Just small room with sharing bathroom! No refrigerator, no service like hotel at all, the owner is RUDE not helping at all because my flight was delayed and he have some rule after 8pm you cant check-in! So i had to book another hotel to spend my night!

Staff unhelpful and officious. Separate bathroom and room, both quite small. Facilities poor, not opened up since Covid pandemic. No breakfast or coffee available.

Reasonably handy for transport connections. In a quiet side street, so not much noise from traffic etc.

Rubbish customer service.

Rubbish customer service. While I book the room the system let me chose a late checking time, however after confirming and paying for the booking someone from the hotel contacted me telling me that late checking isn't possible and that if I don't arrive before 20:00 I would lose the booking. My flight didn't arrive until 22:30pm, reason why I contacted the property to either, allow me a late checking or process a refund. The responsable of the property replied in a very rude way telling me that he wont do either. So basically due to their false advertising I lost the money of the booking. I'll proceed to report them to the Bundesamt für Verbraucherschutz und Lebensmittelsicherheit.

The rooms are not clean, and I was not comfortable, When I called the lady and told her that the Room is not clean, She said I should give her key and go, or she will call police for me, just because I tell her that is not clean, everywhere is full of dust ... There is No Air condition, No Fan... I was just going to my friend place to relax... very bad 😞 😞😔😔😔😔😞; we were two but my brother was unable to stain in the room because of the dust allover the room under the bed, everywhere is dusting...
