This hotel was exceptional. We had read the good reviews and it did not disappoint. The hotel is situated close to the underground and main train station. You are only a few minutes from the old town so it is perfectly situated. We arrived on a bitterly cold morning and the room was so very lovely and cosy warm at all times. The hotel was renovated a few years ago and is very stylishly presented. The beds are very comfy with plenty of pillows and the water was always hot for showers. We also had a fridge and microwave in our room which was a real bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything that you could possibly need. The coffee and croissants in the morning were also a lovely touch and a welcome bonus. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing. Would I spend another 4 nights there? Absolutely!!!! Can't wait to go back next year.

Sweet little hotel, everything was great, I really liked the stylish interior. I had everything I needed and the manager was so accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

It was a 20 minute walk from central station. And when you travel by train it is handy to stay even closer to the station.

The hotel is neat. It had everything we needed for our stay. It is very clean and everything simply works. The staff is the BEST. HELPFUL, friendly, kind. A big 10 out of 10. The coffee and croissants in the morning are delightful.

No frills, value-for-money, clean, comfortable, accessible, not the most exciting of locations but friendly and efficient.

Newly renovated with stylish interior. Great value for money (+ best car garage in Düsseldorf). All day long free croissants and coffee. Location was also perfect - in between city center and Central Station. We were very comfortable for the two nights we spent there (and the car was comfortable too). Last, but not least - the host was great, we had great communication during check-in and check-out.

Everything - very easy to check in - Car park convenient - extremely clean and really nicely decorated - Staff were great and the complimentary croissant and coffee was a really nice touch - I stay in a lot of hotels for work and rarely return to the same ones due to one reason or another but this is definitely one I would return to and would forward to returning to - Lovely choice of restaurant within a easy walk along with supermarkets etc - Room itself even though at front of building was extremely quiet

Everything was great!

We arrived quite late and it was so easy to check in and get into our room. The room was great and the bed comfortable. Big plus that although no breakfast served, in the morning you can find at the lobby fresh croissants and coffee! There is closed parking space for cars, price is fair as well. Extra plus, at Saint Nicholas day we found Saint Nicholas chocolates outside our room, so big thanks for your hospitality!

The room was designed with usefull details. Kitchenware was perfect. There were capsules and Nespresso machine in the room besides the complimentary croissant and coffee in the lobby. The receptionist Marco was more than helpfull.Special thanks to him for everthing.

Our stay was better than expected. We stayed 2 nights and and everything was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and coffee in the morning is very appreciated. Service was very friendly and we got all the information needed. The location is good, 15min walking to the start of the nicest part of the city centre.

The manager was so helpful, accommodating our van and letting us park out the back. The hotel was refurbished in 2021 so the rooms are clean, fresh and look beautiful! Comfy beds, hot shower...a light breakfast included, croissants and coffee so that was great!!

Check in was weird. Had to check in by calling and getting into your room with the key already on the door since no staff was on location. Missing amenities such as tootbrush and slippers
