Check in and out is very easy, it is super clean and in winter nice and warm. I personally like to have an electric kettle in my hotel room but it is nothing I would complain about. When I had to leave a day early they reimbursed me one night even though they did not have to.

The rooms have thin walls, so you can hear the neighbors and their TV, baby, moving of chairs, hence you unfortunately get interrupted in your sleep a lot

I wish we could find iron somewhere at the hotel. We could not find any staff or somewhere to ask for an iron for our dress.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was quiet with no noise. Liked it. There was free coffee and tea available at the hotel, you barely find that in other hotels.

The location is OK but took longer to reach due to engineering work. One thing to note - I didn't just let my door close behind me as it didn't lose completely, I had to pull it to make sure it had fully closed but that may have been unique to my room.

Large rooms, very clean and the coffee machine is a nice touch. Both bakeries mentioned are very good.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the U-Bahn station, which is a bit of a pain when you have luggage. Also, don't forget to check their emails regarding check-in -- you need a checkin code from the hotel to access the building, and it's a pain if you forget and have to do this on your phone standing outside the hotel!

A comfortable hotel that's great value for money and a good place to stay in Hamburg. There is also a Turkish restaurant in the same building, which is convenient for dinner. They provide a coffee machine in the hallway and tea bags, which is convenient.

Due to the construction, it's complicated to transfer subways. I often don't know when and where to switch platforms.

The room is big and clean. They provide a big coffee machine on the second floor, so you can enjoy coffee at any time. That's a great offer!

Dust under the bed. Steep stairs. Loud traffic noises but that can't be helped as it's on the corner of a four way street.

the location of the property a bit far from any public transportation. it is better as a transit hotel rather than for leisure purpose.
