Netherlands1 review“Fantastic and memorable”The only minor point is that the drain in the shower does not drain the water away quick enough when the shower is on full power. But as mentioned, the shower is powerful.
Location is excellent, 5 minute walk from the train station, the old town, harbour and 10 minutes from Aasee. Personnel at front desk are extremely helpful, friendly, spoke English well and do a great job. The rooms are very clean and quiet, both me and my partner had excellent sleeps 😁. The shower is nice and powerful.The lobby bar is nice, and the staff gave us great recommendations for drinks. Overall, i would say that the rooms are very nice, but the personnel is what makes this hotel excellent. Besides the hotel, Munster is beautiful, filled with lovely, kind people. We had an amazing time.

Bahrain25 reviews10 helpful votes“wonderful stay with great location”-The room price is a bit high -One bottle of water in the room every day but always sparkle water (not still!) -They forgot to clean my room though no sign for "do not disturb" was NOT on the door! - There was no small table for us to eat in the room - morning light (sunlight) behind the curtain sneaks into the room from the right and the left side edge of the curtain is annoying if you want to sleep a bit longer in the morning.

Netherlands3 reviews“Fabulous!”We had a room that had wheelchair access. It was large and clean. Bathroom had rails and a big wheel-in shower and everything was at the right height. Plenty of hooks for clothes in the room. Everything was new and spacious. The Sky Bar had excellent cocktails and snacks. There was no meals served at the Sky Bar. Garage located underneath the hotel.

Matrasses were perfect, nice and clean room. Good location, close to the Altstadt.

Germany1 review“Ok!”Unpleasant check-in experience, lack of vegetarian options on late night menu, tried to book a reservation for the rooftop bar via phone (after I was already checked in) and got very unfriendly and not helpful answer I was asked to call again. I booked a premium room and asked for a higher floor and ended up on the second floor with courtyard view (dark!) above the garbage cans (very noisy!); for the price I’d expect a bit more coziness in the rooms (e.g. add slippers, and higher quality amenities) and more eyes for details (e.g. fill up mini bar)
