choice of english tv channels was very poor. I know you are not in the room very much but when you are waiting for the wife to get ready it would be good have more than the news channel to watch.

Not really a big dislike, but you can hear the other guests above the room and here and there you can hear water running in the night. When people smash their doors shut, it minimally shakes the head rest on the bed.

Very clean and modern rooms. Automatic blinds for almost complete darkness. Bodylotion, shampoo and hand soap. Free tissues. Very good room service and friendly staff. AC works also perfectly.

The neighbourhood is not so attractive, which is unsurprising given that it is close to the Hauptbahnhof. Having said that, it never feels unsafe to walk there.

Very nice hotel with an inner courtyard where one can sit outside (weather permitting). Very good breakfast with ample seating. Rooms are not huge but sufficiently large. Nice bathroom area.

The rooms are not that sound proof. I could hear people upstairs walking all the time. Kinda disturbing at night.

Room was smaller than the pics indicated, the garden view is a tree! !! Looking into other rooms. The neighborhood is a bit different, and if walking from train station can be a bit intimidating.

Check in check out was easy, breakfast was excellent. Bed was good and comfortable. Staff was very very nice. Location for seeing the beautiful city was ok, not great but not terrible.

Location, as I said, handy for the station, but a 15 - 20 min walk from the main tourist area, area around the hotel seemed a bit run down. Room was a little on the small side, as was the bathroom. It felt a little cramped.

Clean room with friendly staff, breakfast was quite good. Location handy if you are arriving by train as it is only a 10 min walk from the main station. Room clean, good air con, good amenities in bathroom. Good shutters on windows, kept all the light out.

The elevator goes up to the fifth floor. Our room was located on the sixth floor. We had to go upstairs with our luggage . Uncomfortable.

The location is good if you are coming from the main station, but is otherwise a bit of a walk from Munich old town. Our room was on the top floor, but the lift only went to the floor below so we had to carry our suitcase up a flight of stairs. The room was in the attic so while there was lots of floor space, not all of it was usable.

Hotel breakfast was good, and the bathroom and room were clean and modern.

Nearby restaurants being ethnic did not basically serve beer at all. This is of course something the hotel cannot do anything about. Pretty minor issue.

Tidy and modern hotel with all the necessary amenities. Good sound proofing. Location is good for Hbf and Theresienwiese. Size of the twin room was generous enough.

more tea milk and coffee sachets few more English channels on tv, out most of the day so wasn't really an issue.

staff were excellent very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Especially reception and bar staff Hotel was spotless, cleaners so friendly. Hotel in a great location 5 minutes walk from main Munich station. Supermarket right opposite and a great bakery 200 yards away. Definitely stay again.

Great staff, especial Burak at the reception gets thumbs up! He was extremely helpful and insightful, recommended many great places to eat (both for dinner and brunch) and where to go to. The parking garage is slightly challenging to get out of, but we managed with some manoeuvring. Hotel room was large enough, location is close to HB, but requires a few steps to the old town. All in all, would definitely go back!

We were lucky to be allocated the family room and enjoyed the space. Room was very quiet, facing onto the back courtyard. Location was handy, 10 mins walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) but that meant a 15 min walk into the Alt Stadt. Very diverse shops surrounding the hotel, but that's why you'll pay a whole lot more in the Alt Stadt. We didn't eat in the hotel. Used nearby cafes, sometimes full at 9am.

The covering on the pillows/comforter was like the paper they use on airplanes! Not soft and comfortable and definitely not breathable. It was also a comforter that was smaller than a twin sized for a full sized bed!

Location as good, easy 15 min walk to train/bus station as well as to main attractions. Area was quiet. Hotel was nice

The area is full with Anatolian restaurants and shops, it's the Turkish quarter. Although this is not a bad thing in itself, it's not the theme you are there for. It's a very busy and loud street. Especially in the night.

Comfortable, clean, stuff very helpful. Moderate 15 min distance from centre. Good sound proofing.
