The breakfast was really good, it had many options and the food was good. Pretty close to the metro station.

In terms of the hotel there is not anything I disliked. Unfortunately, although the hotel is situated centrally, the local population in the area is largely migrant, therefore the traditional German restaurants and atmosphere is not present in the area. When travelling I enjoy experiencing the local cuisine, customs and traditions, in this case meaning German. You do not feel that you are among typical Munich residents but a mix of Turkish, Greek, Syrian, Somalian and various other foreign nationals. On the plus side, if you need a haircut, there's a barber every 30 meters.

The room was well appointed, albeit rather small, but as a solo traveller it was comfortable and perfect for my needs. The location is within walking distance of the metro, train station and Munich old town.

The location of the hotel is good for access to train station and public transport, but the area around hotel was not great, lots of drunks on the street late night and morning hanging around the hotel and drinking on the pavement, so didn't feel like the clean German Munich we use to. All that said we didn't have any incident and will go back

Very nice and modern hotel with great staff, had two rooms and rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good and nice bar area to sit and relax at night. Facility is well kept and very clean

The receptionist was not overly welcoming or friendly when we arrived. There was limited coffee making supplies in the room, this was one of the reasons why I decided to stay here. The carpet was extremely hard, it felt like I was walking on concrete. Our "garden view" room didn't have a view of a garden.

The bathroom was modern and beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows which I appreciated. Free luggage storage.

No milk provided in rooms to have with tea or coffee. Refrigerator didn’t work - it was a cooler only, but didn’t feel cool!

I wasn't feeling comfortable and safe in the neighborhood. This is a personal opinion as a female solo traveler. I was surprised when arrived there.

The room and bathroom were clean. Shower pressure was good. Heating was good. The Staff were friendly and helpful. It's not far from train station. There's lift facility. There's kettle and coffee/tea supplies in the room. Love it!

There wasn't much to be fair however it would have been good if the fridge worked properly. It was giving off hot air and a lot of condensation was being formed.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. It's about a 10 minute walk to central munich from the hotel. I only used the hotel to sleep and spent the day out so didn't make any use of the seating area or bar facilities. Overall an excellent hotel

choice of english tv channels was very poor. I know you are not in the room very much but when you are waiting for the wife to get ready it would be good have more than the news channel to watch.

Not really a big dislike, but you can hear the other guests above the room and here and there you can hear water running in the night. When people smash their doors shut, it minimally shakes the head rest on the bed.

Very clean and modern rooms. Automatic blinds for almost complete darkness. Bodylotion, shampoo and hand soap. Free tissues. Very good room service and friendly staff. AC works also perfectly.

The neighbourhood is not so attractive, which is unsurprising given that it is close to the Hauptbahnhof. Having said that, it never feels unsafe to walk there.

Very nice hotel with an inner courtyard where one can sit outside (weather permitting). Very good breakfast with ample seating. Rooms are not huge but sufficiently large. Nice bathroom area.

Room was smaller than the pics indicated, the garden view is a tree! !! Looking into other rooms. The neighborhood is a bit different, and if walking from train station can be a bit intimidating.

Check in check out was easy, breakfast was excellent. Bed was good and comfortable. Staff was very very nice. Location for seeing the beautiful city was ok, not great but not terrible.
