The initial registration via emails and whatsapp was not smooth. It required multiple reattempts and conversations with the agents before the documents were accepted. It felt very similar to bank account registration in terms of the expected level of detail provided to the hotel staff.

It's a great concept that worked just fine for us. It was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our German trip. Apparently, it's very uncommon to have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Remember to have the aircon enabled before you go to sleep. Otherwise, it gets very hot at night even when it's cold outside.

I didn't like that the bathroom is not separated by a wall from the room. You couldn't have any privacy when using the toilet. Very embarresing. This can be ok only if you are alone in the room. Secondly the bed is so soft that makes your spine bend,giving lower back pains. Thirdly, when the entrance door is closing behind you is hitting so hard that the walls of the neighbouring rooms are vibrating and the noise is so loud that wakes you up.

The room and the bathroom are modern. The online staff was prompt and helpful. The hallway entrance is very cozy to spend time and relax, good also that there are lockers. The hotel is at the main street,close to a bus station that takes you to the railway station. There are restaurants and shops around. Wi-fi was good. You can find parking on the street around. I liked that there were complimentary drinks and chips in the room,including tea and coffee. The room also had a safe.

The self SERVICE concept is good. The room is very confortable, clean , quiet. The attention by the what app works excellent, very quick response. The room is being cleaned weekly, therefore you need to keep it cleaned and organized by yourself.

Too far from the city center. A lot of messages from the property, but for example the information about check-out was pretty hidden. I realized that you need to scan a code to check-out when I already left.

The mug stand by the coffee machine was broken. Also dust was clearly visible on the black coffee machine. It looked like the bed was made up after dusting. I think the cleaning sequence could be adjusted to provide more cleanliness.

Nice modern and comfortable room with everything you need. There is a small mini bar with fridge and free treats (coffee, tea, snacks, drinks). The room windows overlooked the courtyard and it was very quiet. Convenient and clear contactless communication system.

Because everything is digital, best way to contact someone is WhatsApp, but answer through WhatsApp was different than answer through booking.com app. Maybe more explanations possible/accessible on the public transport.

Shower tap was malfunctioning. Since the hotel is fully online, I received too many notifications (WhatsApp texts, emails, booking messages) for reminding to check in and out.

Location was good (2 min from bus stop-20 min ride to center-5 min walk from supermarket). Room was clean, modern and comfy. Big plus, free sodas, chips, water, coffee and tea!

Room hadn't been cleaned before our arrival time of 15.00, due to staff shortages, we were told. Checkout system didn't work, had to contact organisation via WhatsApp.

Not.a negative aspect but good to mention the bath shower area floods a bit after a shower and one of the towels was a bit torn. The hotel is a bit away from the centre but easily accessible by Bus from the centre.

Excellent stay with very good service and modern facilities. The hotel offers very comfortable stay and comes with a kitchenette. The beds area very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Overall a very comfortable stay and look forward to return here.

The check-in process was on-line, with some issues, but with good support from on-line assistant. The room cleaning was basic, and was done only once in a week. Not very hot water was available in last 3 evenings.

Air con would have been nice, as we staid during a very hot spell. We also missed having a bar for late night drinks, or at least the opportunity to purchase some drinks or snacks from a vending machine.

The hotel was modern, with a nice decor and spotlessly clean. It was quiet, bathroom was really nice and had a walk-in shower and the beds were very comfortable. Location was close to both bus and tram, so it was easy and quick to get into the town centre. The booking procedure and getting the Passcodes for the rooms was really easy and convenient, and it was nice not to have to queue to check in or out. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Due to the room setup, you can hear noise from neighbouring hotel guests, which is fine.

Very exceptional room for price/quality ratio if you intend to go to Köln, Bonn or nearby cities/villages. The room has great self service and everything was proper and clean.
