Bed was not the best, it felt a bit worn out. Mattress felt very used and gave little support to the back.

Great location for the hotel, short walk to middle of city center. Staff was very helpful. Internet was working well in the room.

Great location. Close to the Aussen-Alster Lake, lots of smaller restaurants in the area on the street Lange Reihe, when walkiing towards Main train station. It is a smaller hotel. The staff very helpfull and nice. Breakfast is good, with a lot to choose from and freshly served. Would love to come back in Summer and enjoy my breakfast in the nice green courtyard. We had dinner in the little vegetarian restaurant downstairs at the hotel - also a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were nice. They have two retrievers who will greet you when you get in the lobby. The breakfast is good too. My room is clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Very good breakfast, perfect location, nice room and bath, very friendly and nice staff. The ratio quality/price is a strong point of this hotel. Very good for individual travellers, couples and families, as well. Strongly recommended.

Chose the hotel for its proximity to the central station while not being in the ‘seedy’ part of it and close to Lange Reihe with its nice cafes and restaurants. Staff was very friendly at check in and property had a good ‘vibe’. The hotel offered a large discount to its normal rate when i booked same day, not sure it will always be so competitively priced relative to comparable alternatives.

Old building and furnitures. The keys are traditional and old which you keep them at reception😒. There is no safe box in rooms and you need to keep things at reception. The hotel location is far from the centre and far from metro station, but you will find good restaurants in near road by short walk.

Spacious rooms and good breakfast. The ladies at the restaurant are very nice and helpful. Located near Alster lake in walking distance.

The room is a bit small. They have 2 single beds joined together and 2 single duvets which made the sleep a bit uncomfortable.

It was in a safe location, near to the central station. Near convenience store. Quiet around the area. The room has what you need if you are staying out most time. They clean the room daily. 🥰

The room was very dusty due to the carpet, it has a small heater so we had difficulty in heating. There was no air conditioning.

Bedding for a double bed was 2 single duvets which wasn’t a huge issue, pillows were probably due for a change which caused 1 nights bad sleep. Bed was quite low down to the ground but again not a huge issue for us.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cute dogs walking round reception area. Room was as expected with size. Location was about 5/10 walk to hamburg train station. Very quiet. Good size tv, coffee making facilities. Room was cleaned daily. Overall a very good stay.

Bathroom was small, the door hit the sink and didn't open fully. But it was fully functional and clean. No restaurant, I was told there is a restaurant downstairs but it wasn't part of the hotel and fully booked so pretty useless for me.

Location was good, hotel was clean. The first hotel in two weeks travelling that provided drinking water in the room which was a big plus.
