Rooms smelled of chemical cleaning products. Floor to ceiling windows with no balustrade outside are frankly lethal eg for someone who is visually impaired or drunk. This absence and safely is potent negligent and this needs to be fixed in all rooms ASAP. Lock on hire bike was broken so couldn’t rent a bike.

Really comfortable room. Nice lighting. Toiletry products provided (tho please stop using plastic). Nice sauna and jacuzzi and easy to meet people. Friendly reception staff. It was good to be offered an upgrade to a suite, even if I didn’t take it. (Suite was on front and do noisy and it also smelled of chemicals. )

their are no toilet facilities in the reception area on the ground floor so that when you have checked out and handed in your key if you have a later flight there is no-where to freshen up!

I didn't like the new mandatory deposit that's held until checkout. It's €150 and I can understand why it's needed, but as a 6th time guest at the hotel, I think the deposit should be required on a case by case basis. As a returning guest who has been at the hotel 6x times who has never damaged the property, I would recommend returning guests be waved the €150 deposit instead. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7. When I checked at 7, I was told I'd have to wait until 7.30 or later, so I skipped it. The room I was given made extremely loud noises from the drains in the bathroom when the rooms beside mine used the toilet or sink. I missed some sleep some nights because of the noise, but I should have just asked for a different room. There's no kettles anymore, Tea and Coffee facilties have been removed from the rooms. Overall, I didn't let these things bother me. Despite these things, the hotel has hugely improved.

Liked the location, new staff are a huge improvement, new staff on reception are a huge improvement on the previous staff, new management is having a positive affect on the Hotel overall and that deserves to be praised. The cleaners do a great job, the gym equipment was repaired since 2023. The staff have a very difficult job running this hotel and they should be commended for doing a good job. Close to gay village, close to bars restaurants and a huge metro shopping area for Tourists. Very comfortable beds and the cleaners do a great job in this hotel.

The bathtub was worn out so it can't really be clean. Problems with the shower too. After cleaning the sink didn't look clean at all. Better attention should be paid to cleaning.

Great location. Schöneberg is a pleasant area with good services. The KaDeWe department store is right next door. Easy to travel everywhere. Breakfast is served to the tables, which I think is a really good thing. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well.

The air conditioner basically didn’t work, couldn’t sleep well because it’s too hot inside; People need to take shower in a bath, kind dangerous if anything happens.

Overall it’s not bad. It’s quiet, friendly, and bars near around. Convenient to the train station. Close to a shopping area.

Refresh the paintwork, get rid of half the mirrors everywhere and provide meaningful space for clothes. 2 drawers andaAn open rack over the bed doesn’t cut it in 2024!

The staff are lovely. We had no hot water and despite calling twice I got no result until I went in person to the desk. A stopcock in the bathroom has been turned off but it took repeated efforts to resolve this easy problem Apart from that the room is small. Getting in and out of the bathtub is dangerous. It’s all a bit tired and grubby. Despite the lovely staff we won’t be going back.

First room nr 116 has dropping water leak from celing near batch room. Also room 116 are in second floor, so car traffic buller outside from road can be heared in quite heavily. Second day did get room nr 501 that was much better, but both shower tubes was missing rubber O-rings so shower water come out from wrong place.. :( Room 501 has also some problem with bathroom window that could not be opened for to get fresh air.

Nice Black lookout in hotel. Very Clean. Room 501 is closest to lift in 5th floor! :)

It would not take much to make this hotel excellent. Tea & coffee in room needed. The wellness centre needs maintenance (sauna only worked one night of my stay, hot tub & steam room intermittently work). They used to give out robes for the wellness centre but on my last three trips they’ve given the same weak excuse (“problems with the laundry service”) so they are actively lying about this which annoys me. Staff can’t speak German which is odd, and annoyed other guests.

The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and a good size. The wellness centre is a good benefit (but see below). The price is also excellent for such a good location.

Rooms are clean but need some maintenance. Nothing major that affects your stay. One Light bulbs in room needed replacing and shower door leaked water on the floor. Small issues.

Not enough storage space for clothes. A couple of coat hangers for winter coats would have been useful. The corridors are so dark that when you enter your room, it is actually quite difficult to locate the slot into which you need to place your room card to activate the lights.

Clean room and a comfortable bed. It was a great central location just off Wittenburgplatz. Our booking was room only and we did not take advantage of the hotel's breakfast facilities.
