There is a lack of plugs in the wall of the bunk bed, so that would be a good improvement as the kids could charge the phones.

Family stay in a room of 1 queen bed and 1 bunker bed, perfect for a couple with 2 kids. Check in was very fast, the receptionist was friendly and informative. The room is somehow basic but has all the storage and space you need to. Walls are soundproof and we didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or the corridor. Bathroom is clean and in good conditions, with walk in shower. The entrance to the U-Bahn (Subway) is literally 50 meters away from the hotel entrance, so you can travel directly to the city center in less than 30 minutes. There's no need to check out so it's good for saving time when you leave. We wanted to park the car in the garage but we found street parking for free outside the hotel and the car was safe for the stay, as they told us in the reception, even it has foreign plaques. Overall very good experience and would recommend for families.

There was a sewage smell in the room from the pipes. Although the room was changed, the smell crept in slowly in the new room.

We had not booked breakfast. When we decided on the last day of our stay to take breakfast at the hotel, we found that they were not flexible enough to offer us breakfast without it having been booked at check-in. Shame!

I think there should be small fridges in the rooms … even without anything inside .. we couldn’t buy ourselves something’s because of that .. And basing with the price , I think a fridge is really necessary

We stayed in a room with 3 single beds and the TV was not viewable from one of the beds as it was to the side of a dividing wall.

Located in a nice area in a good location nearby to U-Bahn station. Great view from the large windows to the street below. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. We had the breakfast once and wished we had gone more often as there was a vast selection to pick from. The staff were very polite and helpful.

When I got there , I paid 194euros for 2 nights plus breakfast, but because I wasn’t done with what I came to Berlin for, I had to extend my stay for another 2 nights but this time around I was charged 105 euros for just 1 night and finally paid 211euros for 2 nights which wasn’t cool at all. Why would did the price go up? Was it because I decided to stay? Common you guys can do better. It’s either you put a standard price so people won’t get uncomfortable when trying to extend their stay. You can agree with me that €105 per night is very high right? Please do better next time. Thank you

The beds were a bit on the hard side for older bones! Rooms not very large, one open wardrobe with only 4 hangers for two people.

Very friendly staff, very clean and a great plus that it was air conditioned. Great proximity to Berlin and all the sightseeing. We took an U-train, like a subway, near the hotel. The Charlottenburg castle is within walking distance and worth a visit. At the rear of the castle is a boat landing for a two and a half hour boat ride around Berlin. Very convenient. All in all a pleasant stay but more for a budget traveler
