Pillow was too soft, sleeping on it made my neck pain all the day which coz a headache.

Paid close to 300 euros for 3 nights , perhaps not worth the money. Also the staff are a little straightened and unhelpful. (We needed a quiet place to work for a couple hours after checkout, and they had places available but didn't let us use that) 😕

The (single) bed felt a bit narrow. The breakfast rather basic, but expected for the category.

The room was quite small for 3 people. Sufficed for a city trip, but expect it to be a little cramped.

Clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It's a noisy neighbourhood but it was perfectly quiet in the room. The train station and supermarket are around the corner. You're in the city centre in no time!

Shower area was a little tiny, but small issue.

Even though room was next to the lift, it was quiet at night. Location was fantastic, near many eateries and supermarkets. Near metros as well which is a plus, and check in check out was fuss free.

1. Should not hv a paper cup in the bathroom, it should be a proper cup or glass or at least a new paper cup per day. 2. Soap cum Shampoo dispenser was empty for 2 days so I had to get the receptionist to get it done. The cleaner should check it during the room makeup session.

Rooms were too small for my liking but it was ok. The bathroom wasn't Crystal clean and could be improved.

Location is ideal as it is Stops away from HBF. U bahn and S bahn Stops are in walking distance. Supermarket is also nearby. Ideal for a short stay

That I have to pay the bill immediately. Arrived on the 31.08.23. My pension was not yet on my account.I told the staff to pay the bill next day. It was not possible, because I booked with booking.com. She also talked about their check in system would make it impossible to pay the next day the bill.

On a fairly busy road - though if you close the window you really can't hear it. But because of that and the small room, we had to keep the slightly noisy aircon on.

Clean and comfortable, very friendly staff. Good shower for the bathroom size. Key code entry means you don't have to carry keycards around. Great location near shops and public transport, so city centre is 15 minutes away.

sadly, the check in time that was given to me the first time via E-Mail didn't correspond with the actual check in time, when we arrived. We had to wait an hour but since we were tired and the lobby was comfortable we didn't mind that much about waiting the additional time.

I liked how easy it was to check in and how comfy the beds were. It was also very close to a big supermarked and we could get anything we needed there. The train station was also very close by and we could get to the city center in a short matter of time.
