Refugee camp (naturally) with zero clients loyalty. Tried to get payment from me twice at check in- as I had asked befofe about cash payment - agreed, than withdrew money from my card, and asked to pay cash, after I showed card withdrawal apologized. During stay asked them for thread and needle to fix button on jacket- rejected. At check out asked to leave luggage -1 bag for 2 hours- no free space was the answer. Despite open room behind the desk. That was my first experience since 15 jears of world travelling) Final brilliant answer of a boy wtih glasses at receiption what coaches of s-bahn train I shld take to the airport - first set or last set (they are different) - suggested to ask railway administration)) May be it was his first day at duty and he never travelled from Hamburg by plane... Folks, you are warm welcomed here)

Staff not speaking English, rather small rooms, lack of an area where several people could sit together. Lack of basic amenities in the rooms, as well as coffee.

Clean rooms, excellent location, right next to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn. Very close to a shopping center with various shops.

Card machine not working so staff didn't know what to do as they wanted payment on arrival. Luckily, I had some cash on me. Staff didn't have great english. Room was dirty and had trash under bed and on the bed. Looked like it wasn't cleaned after previous guest. Could hear noise from other guests in rooms. Had to put air-conditioning on to drown out noise.

Next to the train station into hamburg Centre. Some nice restaurants around it to eat. Room was a good size. Strong shower.

I payed for breakfast for 48 persons , sunday sept. 3 , in stead of 40. I complained at the reception sunday morning and they told me that they would return the money (8x 10,50 euro) to me. I have not got the money returned.

The bad smell is everywhere in the hotel. From the corridors that smell like " wax", to the room that smelled, the carpet, and especially the bathroom. a negative was also that the cleaning service was persistently knocking from 8:30 in the morning to come in to clean! unacceptable!

The location is excellent. Very close to line S1 (3min walk), only 5 stops from airport and 4 stops from the central station.

Room is very small, not very clean, first I was given a room on the Mai broad which was very very noisy. I asked to switch to another room, but that one was near a car renting parking, also noisy. Location is not very good.

Reception was decently friendly.

We paid an extra 10 Euros for the breakfast but it was a great typical German breakfast with buns, bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, yogurt, tee, juice and coffee. Well worth the money. Rooms were smaller, but clean and comfortable. There is a U-Bahn and S-Bahn stop just across the way as well as grocery stores, a pharmacy and Döner places nearby.

Excellent buffet breakfast, location was superb for getting to and from Hamburg Airport by train, and also around the city by the excellent underground and bus services. Rooms were clean and staff were sooo helpful

The hotel corresponds to the description, everything you need for a B&B. Clean and comfortable. If I come to Hamburg again, I will definitely choose this hotel

Very unfriendly staff, uncomfortable and dirty room. Receptionist were busy somewhere else and didn’t come to the reception for 10 mins until I warned them. 8 people had to wait. They didn’t let me use a table in the common area at 1pm and said it is closed, but it wasn’t.

Everything is perfect also reception clerk she is amazing person. Thank you for everything. Clear room, clear linens and towels. Comfortable mattress. Location is perfect, everywhere is 20 minutes by the train. Airport 20 minutes, Cİty center 20 minutes.

Very convenient location, close to train and metro. Beautiful and simple decoration. Helpful staff. Breakfast quite good. I would choose it again!
