Even i used filter breakfast included, and it is showing this hotel with filter, breakfast was not included. You need to pay extra for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Bad was extra comfortable. Very nice location, you can come with public transport directly in front of hotel.

The triple room was modern and clean. The beds were comfortable, friendly staff and fast check in/out. Access to the room is with a code and not a key. Very nice park nearby.

The Parking fee is a bit high also the breakfast. Next time I would book with breakfast or go opposite to the Bakery , Parking should be free.

Everything was clean and comfortable. I liked the Beverage vending machine at the Hall with chilled beers and sweets. Breakfast and coffee was really good, with some organic choices. Bed was really comfy.

Toegang tot de parking and the communication about this. You receive an email around 23u30 that the parking closes at 10u45. This is very infortenate. There seems no obvious reason to give access with the pin code. There were at least 3 other guests with the same problem.

Price quality a bit less. Info over the parking entering code would have helped a lot prior to arrival.

Staf very friendly and helpful. Even though he was not officially working he helped everybody to check in.

We did have an issue accessing the carpark, as we were not emailed the access code in advance, but once that was resolved - all was fine...

Hotel was perfect for our 1 night stay - Close enough to the Centre and close enough to the AutoBahn Room was clean and tidy - Nothing Fancy - But Good Breakfast was basic, but again - all that's required before hitting the AutoBahn again

Breakfast buffet was simple, but very good. Cooked egg, cheeses, ham's, various bread. Rooms okay, modern, good beds.

The room was incredibly small for the price! The space between the table and bed was barely passable. The shower wasn't cleaned very well. Check-out is at 12:00 pm, but our key card didn't work at 11:30. I had to go back downstairs to reception and the receptionist had to open the room.

We were in Neu Ulm for a fencing tournament. The hotel was within walking distance to the fencing hall and restaurants. There was no parking in front of the hotel, but underground parking was available at a reasonable price. The receptionist was friendly. I would stay here again but knowing how small the rooms are, not at the same cost per night.

First of all, the carpet needs a deep cleaning because it is heavily loaded with dust that gets on everything in the room. Then it lacks finer things like toothbrush cups, needle and thread, slippers, etc. The room insulation is not the best, because I could hear the next door neighbour snoring. The garage access system needs to be upgraded because sometimes it doesn't recognize the access code and it is difficult to find a solution when there is no one at the reception. The reception staff needs some training. As we are not German speakers, we had a little difficulty making ourselves understood in English. We were overcharged due to the carelessness of the receptionist for which no solution was found other than a shrug. It's relatively expensive for what it offers.

It is a new hotel, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the linen is very clean. Breakfast is the same every morning but there are plenty of options. The coffee is very very good.
