The inside of our bedroom windows were dirty covered in hand prints etc. but overall the cleanliness was good.

On my arrival, the room has been freezing cold, since heating has been turned off. It took a couple of hours to warm it up.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed, and all other amenities expected in B&B. The breakfast was nice as well. Cool underground garage accessible by the lift, however, it is a bit tricky on arrival since you need to leave a car in the street and go to the reception desk to collect the garage entrance code.

Room was very small for 3 beds, we just had a small gallery left for walking.

If you're a bigger person the bathroom might be a little small but you'll manage.

Overall the room was very nice we had a double bed and 2 bunk beds. Even though we did not spend much time in the room it was comfortable and big enough for us. The staff at reception also held our bags before checking in and as well as after checking out. The location is a huge plus as its very close to the train station and the city center, in fact we never had to take a taxi.

No kettle or fridge in the room otherwise perfect.

Nicely designed modern hotel. The bathroom was particularly well designed. Beds comfortable. Room was quiet. Check in was simple. We loved the floor to ceiling window which made the room light and airy and gave us an amazing view.

We had booked a parking place, but when we returned back late, there was no place available (also due to someone else taking two places). But we saw also more people looking for a spot, so there seem to be less spots than rented out. And unfortunately no-one at the reception to ask for help....

Basically good place to be, clean, beds ok, quiet, location is fine and central, especially good when coming by train.

The room view to the train station is epic… at night you can see the trains. Windows are down to the floor really nice!!

There was a guy working there, presumably the manager, but he was wearing exercise clothes. He was really rude to us when we came to check in, and it’s obvious that the staff also don’t respect him. Apart from that, it was alright.

Near a railway line which did mean noise interference. Parking very limited near the hotel. Breakfast was a limited selection compared to previous experience in other hotels.

If you need a view for your stay then this hotel is maybe not your first choice. There are also no additional services like an iron or coffee machine/kettle in the rooms if this important to you.

We know B&B hotels which is why we booked this one. Location was great, very near central station. We had our rooms almost next to each other which we had asked for and the rooms were clean. View was out to the back of the station but did not stay there for the view. Easy and quick walk into the city centre. We had breakfast which is fine for the price.

Construction at train station currently makes walking to the hotel a bit of a puzzle.

B&B keeps their room rates low by not having room keys and letting you check in on a machine, and streamlining everything. I couldn't use the check in machine because you apparently do not get the required reservation code if you book through booking.com, and I could also not use the drink and snack machine (it takes small cash only, the only way to pay by card is through an app, which simply did not work). Fortunately the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and solved all these problems, so I will most likely stay here again when transiting through Ulm.
