When I arrived there was renovation work downstairs. Very noisy. The receptionist offered me another room. During the night no problem. Very quiet.

The staff service very friendly. Parking is free. 30 min walk from the center. I always walked so no need for a parking.

The room was smaller than expected.

Location was good. There were not enough parking spaces but there were some street parking space avilable. Staff was very friendly and kind enough for us to use the toilet after we checked out.

The room a bit small The heater was too loud and you could only to switch it off. The window couldn’t be properly closed and wind was whistling inside. The breakfast was a poorly varied only few types of salami, cheese, only boiled eggs, no omelette.

Front desk lady wasn't too friendly and very loud music was played upon entering the hotel. Orange juice wasn't refilled during breakfast.

The location was excellent, close to Lanxess Arena which we visited for a hockey game. Breakfast was decent. The rooms were not large but clean and comfortable.

The rooms are generally average size and sometimes slightly smaller for two people. The AC was not fully functional and the air was a little warm. If the curtains are not properly placed, the roadside rooms may have issues with privacy.

It is easy to reach by either car or train. The location was very quiet (we stayed there during Christmas). The hotel staff is both attentive and responsive. The breakfast was alright, but the selection could have been more diverse. The parking was both comfortable and easy to access.

No kettle and cups in the room. Towels were coarse. No maps in reception to assist with directions especially as we were walking (about 1 our walk to Neumarkt). Felt the room was expensive for the facilities provided.

Door didn’t latch nicely (had to slam it slightly which isn’t great at night). Would do with a small light as well so that if you get up in the middle of the night you don’t wake everyone up (small side of bed light would do the trick).

The ac in the room is set to heating and I'm not allowed to change it to cooling, I understand it's winter but I like the room a little colder than most people, opening the window would have been fine but my view was to the train tracks which would also be loud if did open the windows. It's a very specific problem and can be solved by allowing guests to switch to cooling even in winter.

The hotel is fairly new, the facilities are in great condition. The room was very clean, staff was very friendly. Parking is available onsite and free

Very expensive EV charging. Understand, that these are through a different company, but the prices are too high (7.4 kw for the price of a supercharger with connection fee of 50 cents!) to be competitive for overnight charging.

From S-bahn station to the hotel, you need to walk another 800m. This B&B hotel in köln is not strategic located.

The room is very clean and spacious enough to accommodate a family with 4pax.

No English speaking TV in rooms. All channels dubbed in German. No Tea or coffee facilities in room just a vending machine in lobby 1€ for a coffee.. Not ideal..and expensive if ythe family drink coffee often. Family room was given to 3 adults. This was a double and a bunk bed. It meant 1 adult had to climb up to bed. Not ideal but manageable as good quality fixed to the wall sturdy bunk beds.

The hotel was within walking distance to Lanxess Arena, shops, train stations and cafes. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good size bathroom and shower.

air conditioner is loud. Rooms are not very sound proofing. we hear the neighbors´ shower and their bathroom ventilator. Housekeeping staff is not very friendly. The check out time is 12 o´clock and already at 11:30 as we were still packing, they knocked on our door and wanted to kick us out. We were already leaving but i find it very rude.

The price good located breakfast is inexpensive and enough and last almost to 10:30 staff at the reception very friendly and helpful close to subway station
