I would like the room to be vacuumed before arrival. The floor in the shower stall needs to be made deeper. Otherwise, the water pours directly onto the floor and flows directly into the room))). To prevent this from happening, you need to turn on a very low water pressure. This is good for saving money, but not good for the client)))).

When we asked the staff at the reception how is parking on the street in town they said they don’t know. This is something they should know. It was a location for wedding guests. It was loud at night in the corridors because of this.

I booked without breakfast. They charged me €11/day to include it. Poor sweet things, poor salty things. Only sandwich. I arrived at the airport 3 hours before checkin time. I wrote the hotel to understand if they can allow me to take a room before and they never replied me until now. It was raining and I decided to go anyway. instead waiting at the airport. The morning lady at the reception had no kindness. I arrived before 15hs (check in time) and she wanted me to pay €15 to join the room before. I waited until 15hs, and the room had 2 little empty water bottles on the floor. Poor cleaning.

Good choice for business trip cost-benefit. Near the airport.

The room was small for a family room - a double bed and a bunk bed. No tea and coffee facilities in the room - you have to buy from a vending machine. The prices quite high for the room and for the breakfast which the only valid explanation is that it is close to the airport. We did not have breakfast at hotel as you have to pay extra - we had breakfast in town for lees then the price of the hotel breakfast. No USB charging points.

The staff very friendly and polite. They went above and beyond to help us. Very well connected to the town and airport by train. The room, the towel and linen were clean. The bed was comfortable and we had good reception on the TV. The Wifi very good signal.

Great hotel if you want to stay overnight before your flight from Cologne-Bonn Airport (CGN). Hotel is very near to the S-Bahn (Train) station (Frankfurter Str.) and it takes ca. 5 mins by walk from S-Bahn station to hotel. From S-Bahn station Frankfurter Str., it takes 8 minutes (just 1 stop) to the CGN airport. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Check-in was unproblematic and fast. Even though the rooms were small, they had all the required basic amenities.

It's a self-check-in hotel. Check-in was a bit difficult, because we didn't get the access code via email. There were some other people with the same issue. We called the support and the issue was solved within 10 minutes. No hotel slippers.

Location: location is perfect for those having flight from Köln/Bonn airport early in the morning. Just 10 mins walk from the S-Bahn station. Room: room was small, but enough for 1-night stay for a single traveler or a couple. Bathroom: small, but it was clean.

Checkin wasn’t that “easy”. We told we would arrive around 15:00 and at 16:55 the second room still wasn’t ready. Reception opened at 17:00 so asked an update/room there. The code to open the door we didn’t receive in time (mail arrived at 17:15) and wasn’t completely clear on the screen. We asked 2 rooms near each other. First room was int the 1st floor, 2md room was on the 3rd floor… Very small rooms, especially the bathroom!

While the property is one train ride away from the Hauptbahnhof, it's located a bit far from the nearest train station.

The room and toilet were clean and the facilities were complete.

The smell in the room was not fresh. It was like somebody had smoked in there. But after a while in the room, you didn't noticed it anymore.

Location was good. Close to a trainstation with frequent and fast trains to the city centre. The room had everything it needed. The quality of the room was good, especially for the price. The check-in machine was working fine and we didn't need any assistance.
