How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The bed looks like a king in the pictures but is not. It's a queen. Not super comfortable.
Very friendly staff, free parking on the street. Pretty good breakfast.

Excellent option for the overnight stay as a midpoint of my longer drive. Located just a short drive from the highway. The room was clean, spacious enough, comfortable and had everything needed. The breakfast was also nice. Loaded car parked safely in the hotel parking lot.

Perfect place for a stayover on our trip to Austria. Close to the highway, quiet location, simple but modern and comfortable rooms. Basic breakfast but correct for the price, it had everything a breakfast needs. Good value for the money spent

A bit too cold in the room, took a while to heat it, also the air conditioner filter wasn't clean, so the quality of the air wasn't great.

easy to get to from the highway, so perfect if you need a place when passing through Stuttgart. The check-in can be done automatically at a machine in the entrance and works smothly. The rooms are designed very well so that there is all that you need. The beds were very good.

The room was a bit on the smaller side and somewhat cramped. Considering the bags and the two people inside, there isn't much space to move. Other than that, our stay was mostly free of problems.
Just like our last time here, we had a good night's sleep in comfortable beds. Electronic check-in at the kiosk at the entrance was smooth and easy. Very good price and great location for public transport. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would like to stay here again!

Rooms are very well insulated and comfortable. We didn't even realize that there was a severe storm outside during our stay until the next morning, that's how good the sleep was:) Also, very good price and great location for public transport. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would like to stay here again!

The room smelt a little fusty on arrival. We assumed it may not have been aired for some time. It wasn't a major issue, a little time with the windows open solved the problem but it was certainly noticeable on arrival.
We stopped at the hotel for a layover en route to Austria and everything was exactly as we had hoped. Check in was seamless, the gentleman on the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful (he kindly - and quickly! - gave my toddler some crayons and pointed out the little sheep for him to play on in reception). It was very easy to park the car and it felt safe. Overall I would highly recommend.

A few more amenities in the room would have been nice.
We chose this hotel because it was withing walking distance to the car rental. My first experience in a B&B hotel, it seems that they have chosen a no frills niche and have pulled it off well. Room was clean and well organized. Breakfast was also good.
