The location of stay was changed at the last minute. It was very difficult to find a time to meet to get the keys. The host seems to forget that when a customer is staying for business purposes, he or she cannot come to an office during regular business times. That's what receptions are for. But here there wasn't any.

The appartment is very close to the station BUT tne key has to be picked up half one hour away. If you arrive by train you must go and pick up the key and then back to the station. By foot that is one hour. The appartment has to be payed with cash when you pick up the key. The bedclothes were not clean. There was a smell of tobacco smoke in the flat.

The appartment is in the citycenter.

I had a horrible experience, the house was completely dirty, these people don't take any care with cleaning, old sheets, still with the marks and hair of the person who slept the night before, the shower was broken, without a doubt the worst place I've ever stayed, I don't recommend it to anyone, I will never go back to this house.

We strongly advise against choosing these apartments for tourists or visitors. From our personal experience: we paid 187 euros in cash at a different location, received the keys, then decided to explore the city and enjoy local cuisine. However, upon arriving at the apartment, we were utterly shocked: it was filthy, covered in mold, the toilet hadn't been cleaned seemingly since its installation, and the curtains were dirty. Most egregiously, the actual apartment bore no resemblance to the photos on the website. It's a complete deception. The owner blatantly deceives clients and displays a contemptuous attitude towards foreigners. Furthermore, the advertised terrace does not exist, and the view outside the window is of a dug-up courtyard. The owner has adamantly refused to issue a refund.

This apartment would only be suitable for people who have not had any roof over their heads for the past couple of years.

The place is filthy and has a bad smell when you enter. The lady is nice and helpful, but the problem is the studio is NOT what is shown on Booking.com or Airbnb. There was an electric, portable cook rather than a proper hob. See pictures. The bed was very unconfortable. Cattle could not be used as water was yellow. Knife in the drawer was dirty and unwashed. Bed sheets with holes and also dirty. The bathroom was dirty, clearly has not been cleaned as you could see hair and dust. I asked the landlord for a hairdry and to clean the room. They left the hairdry but apart being dirty was showing cables, so dangerous to use. Someone had been in the room but the bathroom still had not been cleaned. There are about 7 rooms in the building, I think people live there. Opposite my room I could hear a dog. Next door was coming back late. Shouting on the phone and moving furniture, so not good sleep. It is not a place for professionals or for a decent and relaxing day. Overpriced too. As other experienced, the adress was different so google map took me somewhere else.

Te apartment has all basics. It's in a house on a quiet street, not far from the center of Trier. The owner was a very polite and kind person. I was allowed to check out a bit later than agreed without any problem. Many thanks.

Had to call host a few times. Amenities seemed old and not comfortable for long stay.

Friendly host that allowed us late check-in when other properties would not accept us due to our arrival time. Totally fine for short stay.

First, the actually room is 30 minutes walk from the check in place. Second, the staff forget to prepare for 3 people and asked one to make own bed. Third, the entire place is not cleaned and there are too many stains on the sheet.

This was a disaster. Worst room I have ever seen. Very dirty inside, walls and floors didn't see repairs for 20 years I guess. Terrible bed, everything stinks inside. And the pictures owner puts in the ad are not from this apartment. This must be removed from booking.com !

this place is a joke. beds with unwashed and unchanged linen. price 100 euros. and a room worth no more than 25. only for people with a low sense of taste and resistant to ugliness. the owner renting this place is clearly deprived of elementary decency and honesty, unfamiliar with European tourism standards. just a shame!

Unfortunately, I can't say enough good things about my experience with booking these apartments. This is my first ever negative review. I usually refrain from such comments. However, this time, with the goal that no one else is faced with such a situation, I decided to write. The city of Trier was one of the stopping points on our cycle route Luxembourg-Cochem. Therefore, of course, the trip was planned in advance and the apartment was also booked at least two months before our trip. We drove to the right address and found that this apartment is located in a residential building. When booking, it was not indicated which apartment we needed, so we called the hostess. Nobody answered us. After some time we received a message that the owner is not in Germany at the moment and that we should contact her representative. We called the given number. We were told that they had a problem with water and that they could not rent this apartment to us. We were also told that it was as if we had been told about it. But, of course, we did not receive any notification. We carefully checked everything and we did not find any information. We were advised to contact booking com. In short, but booking com did not help us either, because there was not a single free hotel (even a luxury one) within a radius of 100 km. We ended up in an unfamiliar city in the evening and without housing. Of course, the trip was ruined. I understand that anything can happen, but most of all I didn’t like the fact that no one warned us in advance and didn’t like the indifferent attitude of the apartment owners. I'm glad not everyone had that experience. But, if there is even the slightest chance that this could happen again, is it worth the risk?
