Staff can be Swabian-chilly, extremely difficult to book restaurant or wellness in advance, parking often filled with restaurant guests.

Nice family style Hotel, beautyful view and great outside area with restaurant area and playground for kids. Restaurant is good value for money, friendly staff and tradicional schwabian kirchen.

It was odd to be asked when one would come for breakfast. Should be acceptable to arrive for breakfast any time during the breakfast hours. Also, dinner took a long time to serve and the price of some of the meals was not clear when ordering. Much higher than expected.

The restaurant is now shut on Sundays and we were not told until we arrived. Bit difficult communicating with staff now.

A really classic provincial hotel that works hard to get things right. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Peaceful and comfortable.

Tea, coffee and a kettle in the room would have been most welcome after a long journey.

Breakfast was excellent as was the size of the room and the size of the beds. The walk in shower was fabulous and the bathroom was modern and very clean. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.

Wifi was quite slow the second day. Parking was also a bit complicated the second day (probably the hotel was full). Restaurant closes kitchen at 8 p.m. and there is nothing else opened in the town after this time. No fridge in the room.

Very calm location, nice scenic view of the meadows and forests around the hotel, large room, very clean, balcony with seating, good breakfast (I would appreciate more vegetables).

Operating the overhead shower was not intuitive. Complained to the staff. They were able to start it. But, the shower wasn't working well. Hardly any water came out of the overhead shower. It was a nightmare to shower with the little hand shower.

Universal Hair and body shampoo is fine. Soap, shampoo and conditioner would be even better.

The rooms where very small, the options for gluten and lactose free where minimal, and the wellness area was not well equipped.

The Dinner was Good and service was pleasant. The outside area was appealing.

a lot of noise from the clients sitting outiside in the garden, the rooms are not good isolated, you hear the other guests next to your room. No climatisation, no daily cleaning of the room. No wellness feeling

Arrival was disappointing. Facilities all closed at 8PM. Room was stuffy. Breakfast: Reception miss-matched me with a group, when I came alone and was already not feeling good about the experience. Breakfast was rushed as they has to set up for wedding. At check our there was no one.

Late check out in the morning (barely managed before 7... and also late breakfast). The receptionist was Impossible to arrange the invoice without breakfast written on it and when I wanted to cancel then the breakfast it was impossible... so at the end I had to pay. I don't recommend for business travelers .

The property starts to look dated. We paid a premium price for an ok room. For the premium price, I expect more, e.g., daily housekeeping, modern rooms, and top-notch facilities. The swimming pool was ok, but the showers need an overhaul. As a hotel at one point you need to make a choice to invest or lower your prices.

Super friendly staff in a quiet location. Close to nature, you can go for long walks. Easy to park right in front of the hotel. Breakfast buffet with a large selection.
