There is no microwave in the kitchen, tea mugs are too small (for me :))

Good communication with numa from the room reservation till the end of the stay. No problem to check in and out even on Sunday. Comfortable and big bed, powerful heating system, good shampoo and shower gel, nice view from the window, a free water bottle.

Loved the sustainability efforts of Base Apartments (No reception, lights on corridors on sensors, refillable soap, shampoo, etc. Apartment was as described, clean, convenient, etc.

The online booking of the breakfast did not work so well and contained wrong information (the breakfast hours in the online platform have a mistake). Also, you could only book/pay for one day of breakfast (we stayed two days)

Spacious apartments, nice breakfast, great amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, coffee and tea, snacks and drinks in the room), great shower pressure, sparkling clean and easy to check in and check out.

No individually switched lamps one had to get out of bed to switch all lights off including bedside lamp and bathroom. The main switch also operated all sockets so no mobiles or laptops could be charged overnight.

Pretty basic but absolutely acceptable.

A bit too many messages got a bit annoying tbh. Also, the door locked me out for about 15 minutes, despite me entering the correct pin and the door corresponding but not opening. I brought it up with customer service via phone and they couldn't help me further than "Did you try and push the handle all the way through?" and "Maybe push the door harder". Luckily after a while, it solved itself and I could enter.

The smell in the bathroom (it was my 2nd time at Base Apartments and the 2nd time that the smell was bad in the bathroom) and the lighting in the room is not sufficient, with all lights on it's still too dark for my taste. But the comfort of the room for the price make that I would stay there again!

Apart-hotel with kitchenette that I really appreciate when on a business travel to be able to cook a warm meal in my room. I liked the free good quality goodies in the kitchen and the good quality hygiene products in the bathroom. I rated "staff" as "neutral" as it's rather "Not applicable" as I had no interaction with staff, all could be done online (check-in, check-out with downloadable invoice).

I couldn't get the air con to work but didn't ring the helpline. The traffic noise was insane if the window was open, but silent when closed.

The room was well designed and easy to stay in. I had everything I needed.

Was loud at night due to the location next to a main street, a bit pricey for a self service nosey facility. The trash in the room wasn't regularly cleared. The passcode entry buttons were not very elderly friendly

Has all the basic facilities, has a kitchen, fridge. Has a coffee machine, kettle including tea and coffee.

A couple of the weekly cleanings were not up to the mark. I stayed for 7 weeks. Towels and scissors were difficult to get from the supply room Beckstein they are in shortage.

Almost completely virtual in every way , but still they were active in WhatsApp and email for requests made.

Could have been more generous with coffee and milk for a three night stay as apartments arent cleaned/replenished when you stay. Apartment is a bit tired - there were marks and sellotape (?) on the wall. Additional pillows would have been nice as the ones provided were very thin and no spares. Not the biggest apartments but perfect for our needs.

Excellent facilities and nice welcome pack of lemonade and German beer :) apartment was very clean and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided are all delightful! Apartments arent really near anywhere but it was very easy to get to nearest train station and felt safe walking back even after dark. There’s a shop nearby for supplies. Although there are no staff on site they were very quick to respond to questions.

The place should have been cleaned a bit bitter - there was dust in several places (but nothing unhygienic). The view over a city road and Burger King was quite depressing, to be honest.

Decent budget spot with free coffee, tea and water. Also nice is that there's olive oil for cooking something. The bed is comfy and the wifi adequate. The interior is maybe a bit on the impersonal and cold side, but if you're not looking for something romantic this will do. Staff was helpful over the phone when we had problems checking in beforehand.
