The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, it was too warm and when we contacted staff through whatsapp they told us to "open the window". This is not an acceptable answer as weather being 0C outside you see how it cannot stay open for long. There are no thermostats. The bed isn't that comfortable and it the room didn't look so clean.

Breakfast was okay but for the price you can go to any other cafe in the vicinity. Easy to get in once you get the code. Private bathroom.

1)I paid for a superior room and stayed in the cheapest room. There was no chance for an exchange or refund of the difference price after complaining via WhatsApp with customer service. In the chat she said that the pictures can be a little bit different from the reality. Well, you don’t need to wear glasses to see that was not the problem, here are some pictures to prove it. We are not talking about colors, angle or whatever, it’s clearly not the room I booked. 2)The moment I got to the room I felt this HORRIBLE cigarette smell. It was like someone had been smoking inside there for days. I was there for 4 nights and even leaving the door and window open it was impossible to get rid of it. I am not a smoker and I had to live with this terrible smell which, first of all, is the fault of the previous guests who, in addition to having bad habits are IMPOLITE. If you have a bad habit, nobody needs to prove it either. GO down to smoke, it'll only take 60 seconds. 3)The cutlery was not clean (I was disgusted to use it), there was dust everywhere (I sneezed all night), the bathroom was clearly dirty too. When I arrived, I took off my sneakers and was walking around the room in my socks, and guess what? My socks wiped the floor full of dust, the black sock was GREY after a few minutes. 4)The elevators are also very dirty. I had the impression that I was going to some strange hole that would lead me somewhere dangerous. 5)The apartment itself is a horror: the lighting is terrible and weak. The colors of the walls and furniture + lighting are the combo of disaster. 6)Internet VERY bad and slow. I had to use my 5g most of the time. I summarize: NUMA has nice apartments elsewhere, but this one is a ZERO. Ps.: The cigarette smell was reported on the day of my arrival and nothing was done. Changing rooms was also not possible because “the larger rooms were not available”.

Difficult to get in contact with service desk. Links to check-in and other booking information didn't work. Service desk was contacted by mail but new links still didn't work. Service desk promised to make parking reservation. Money was withdrawn from my card but no parking information was received, so I had to contact service desk again when checking in. I was then suspected of not having made the reservation but finally got the code for the parking lot. Other examples: Toilet seat not secured, shower floor surface too slippery, flashing light from carbon monoxide detector disturbing sleep, key pad post at building entrance unstable.

Location was fine considering the price.

We got a code to get in the hotel and the apartment. But the door handle didn't work reliable. We had to try often to get in the room. That was very worrying, especially at night. Only one chair in the apartment, that was out of order. We didn't get the required two chairs throughout our stay. Room without air condition. It was forbidden to open the window wide. So it was not possible to cool the room at night. The door to our floor slammed very loud like a gunshot, because the technical mechanism didn't work like it should. That was another reason for a often disturbed sleep.

The ground floor is a quick test for coronavirus station. It's good for you if you need for ex. 48 hours within PCR test to leave or enter any region, but, they should inform whom is going to stay. Test station would more or less be more riskier than other hotels. The parking is also not free and considered not necessary. Travellers with parking requirement is not many. Make it as free would have no cost on the host. There is also cost to the traveller to communicate with online assistant for the parking wasting of time.

Space is bigger than expected. Plenty of room for last day luggage rearrangement. You can cook in the room and supermarket is just by the fuel station near by. Burger king is also near by. There is no door man you have to check in and out by yourself and this is a plus since you don't have restriction to have someone there in time for you. They will send you the pin to enter the building. It's in time and swift.

It was dirty. I arrived at around 3:30 pm, check in started at 3. Cleaning staff told us that they are "finishing up the room" when in fact they only started working on it and kept us on the corridor for 15 minutes as there's no lobby to sit down in. The surfaces in the room were dusty and i had to take out the trash of the previous guests from the bathroom as they didn't clean it up.... Kitchen was equipped but didn't work well the cooking plates were so weak we couldn't even heat up basic stew. Also the hotel is located in what it looks to be an old run down dormitory or workers hostel? The lobby is abandoned, and dirty and very sad. I paid almost 180 Euro for two nights that i think is very expensive and ended up having to clean previous guests bathroom trash. I am not impressed.

Location was very convenient however I only booked it due to proximity of the concert stadium which was only 2km away. The only good thing about this place was the location. I am sorry but for the proce paid it was rather disappointing.

Apartment is so close to the Main Street and there is a noise whole night.

Everything was clean, stuff was nice and kind and available 24/7. We had a little surprise in the room (beer and lemonade). Breakfast was 5min walk from apartments and was tasty.

Hair dryer did not work.

This apartment is really nice, It is small and cozy. Little kitchen is good and has dishes. They had left us coffee , cream and snacks. Bed is comfy, and clean. The place is super clean and quiet. Has a Mc Donald and Burger King within walking distance and a little 7/11 just right next to the apartment. Entry was easy using a code. Very pleased with our stay.

The stove in the room was not working. Informed the hotel, but it was not fixed. We had two rooms, so it was fine... Too many emails and mesaages sent by the property..

Great place. Second time staying here when visiting Hamburg. Well equipped, clean and comfortable rooms. Easy check-in. Close too Eimsbüttel and many transport options.

Noise from the street when windows are open. No bike rentals.

Large and clean room. Well equipped with good amenities. Room also suitable if you need to work. Train station and inner city are easily accessible with public transport.

Only thing was that in the first day we got a message 15 mins before arriving saying the took was not ready. The hotel did not have any facilities to leave our luggage, so we had to go back to the city center with our bags and wait for 3 hours until the room was done. The hotel apologized and offered a discount on the first night.

The hotel was fine and the price was fair.
