Serene winter rest spot during January with light snow resting in the garden and coziness throughout the hotel. I adore this place. They pack so many features into a boutique experience with a delicious and generous buffet breakfast, intimate bar for early or late night cocktails, and quick proximity to so much of Munich, yet also set in its own neighborhood full of personality. The staff exceed on all dimensions: professional, courteous, fun, responsive, smart, and cheery. I'll return to this hotel for certain on my next visit to Munich. It is my go-to!

the entire hotel was quite elegant and wonderful. The entire staff at the hotel was very nice and supportive. I was able to visit Munchen with the guidance given from the Front Desk.

The breakfast was really good offering different options of drinks, bakery, charcuterie and coffee bar. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the mattress was very comfortable. Finally the staff was very friendly.

The gentleman on the reception has helped me with everything in and outside of the hotel to make my stay as comfortable as possible, special thanks to him. The lights in the room and hotel in general was absolutely lovely, so was breakfast. Hotel is very calm and homely, but at the same time very fresh and clean. Will definitely return.

I don't know, it's really hard to ask improve something in this place. Maybe I can only ask - please do not increase the price, cause I plan to visit this place again :)

Simply everything. First is the staff - they all are highly professional and so warm welcome people. Especially I need to tell about Elen - she was super helpful during all my stay there and even with advises re city and the places to visit. Next is the cleanliness, I'm satisfied. Usually it's very sensitive for me. Also I need to emphasize a sound isolation - it's perfectly silent in room. And of course location is very good, but you already checked the map, so no need additional words. :)

The welcome at a very modern inviting reception area was great, staff were very organised , two Keys and quick process to check in. Rooms were fantastic , very modern with everything you could need , little bar fridge , good place to store suitcases and very comfortable bed. Room had a balcony and very good light . Buffet style breakfast in a fantastic dining area. Coffee was great, champagne , fruit juices all on offer. Fruit yoghurt cereals , Variety of cheeses , breads and lots of other additions including sausages, crispy bacon , fried / scrambled egg. Everything was very fresh and quickly replaced when finished. Staff were knowledgable about places to visit and open about options to get around. Shops across the road and not to bad walk to station. A very enjoyable , relaxing experience.

staffs are very welcome, after traveling 12 hrs, i arrived Germany early Sunday most shops close so i directly go to hotel at 10:00 am. because it long before chk-in the staffs offered me to drop bag, ask if i would like to hv the breakfast, and direct me to a present restroom so i can fresh-up a bit. thanks

Great hotel!! It’s modern, well located on a quiet street - close to the Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt (just several stops by U-Bahn/Metro). Wi-Fi works well, all staff is very nice, room is very well equipped (exclusive double room) and clean. It’s a high quality tap water in the hotel. Absolutely amazing and yummy breakfast: it’s a buffet style with a huge variety of high quality food😊 Strongly recommend this hotel!!

As I checked in earlier than I told them, they let me into a room with an extra charge. However, the first room I got in was not the same level as my reservation. I wish they had told me about that before they got me a room. Nevertheless, when I asked the reception, they changed the room for me and I only had to wait for less than 15 minutes.

Breakfast, room, decent location, design, staff - all perfect! They let me in for an extra charge because I arrived quite early in the morning. The room was also super clean, with a nice balcony. The bar was also great with a variety of drinks. Amazing staff, very welcoming, super super nice. Everything was 99% perfect!

Check in was quick and easy, our room was very spacious and had everything that we needed. The location was excellent, only pretty close to the main train station and right down the road from Oktoberfest. The breakfast was also delicious! We only stayed one night before flying back to the US, but everything was great.

our room was on the first floor and a little warm, so we opened the window to cool it down. With the window open we got a lot of outside noise, but that was expected due to Oktoberfest. With the window shut, the noise was almost entirely gone. This property is extremely well built.

The property was clean, stylish, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They were available 24 hours a day and always with a smile.

Just one minor thing: my room had a balcony which faced directly another guest's room on one side. So I could look onto the bed of the other guest's room, when his window was opened.

Very central location close to Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest area). The staff is very friendly and considered my wishes as well. It is quiet yet central. The room had automatic blinds and enough space. The breakfast buffet is very good also! Recommended

Lovely thick towels, but no towel rack in the bathroom. My main complaints is with the pillows, one was tiny and the other was way too soft, neither provided any support.

This is a lovely small hotel in a great location. Close to the railway station (I walked with luggage) and there is a very handy shopping mall just around the corner. Breakfast is exceptional, in both choices and quality, and you can eat it in the lovely garden. I had single occupancy of a double room with an open bathroom (but the toilet had a door), which I loved, especially the huge bath tub. However, this may not be suited to everyone. The toiletries were also lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. It also had Netflix.
