The restaurant closed very early, before we checked in. Thankfully we had eaten dinner earlier, otherwise we would have been in trouble!

The WiFi signal in our second floor room in the main building was almost zero. We couldn't use it even for simple emails, We had to use my mobile provider's data network with self hosted hotspot to be able to watch Streaming movies/series... The parking was a big fight. They couldn't guarantee free space even if you pay for it. The bathrobe was not included in the price, I had to rent it.

Breakfast was excellent. I loved the pool and the sauna. The room was big enough for three of us. The playground was really nice to let the children out. The area was beautiful.

To my surprise the room wasn't air-conditioned so it was quite warm, but open window leads to loud sounds from neighbors and from garden

About the rooms, I booked two rooms. One is for 2 people, and the other is for 3. We didn't like the arrangement very much. The smaller room placed 3 people and the bigger room, 3. I don't know what's the consideration, but it would be great to arrange the rooms in the opposite way.

Breakfast was tasty. However, if the champaign was offered, I would value it higher. If rooms can be on the same floor, it would be more convenient for a family together.

nothing, but it might be useful to know that the clientele is 90% pensioners. there were almost no kids while we were there, even though it is a family hotel. it might have to do with the time of the year.

great location, very central yet quiet. good breakfast with big choice. nice sauna. nice playroom and play ground for kids. beds are comfortable and rooms big. we slept here twice, on the way to and back from our final destination. the first time we had a better room. the second room had a bathroom for people on wheelchair, which was not practical with a little kid.

Breakfast offering could differ from day to day, only one coffee machine in the restaurant created queue.

Calm location, convenient parking. The hotel is classic. Junior suite room is very convenient to stay for family with teenager/s, comfortable bed, very clean, service minded staff, natural mineral water served every day. Very nice terrace and the bar on the top floor having great view and good quality cocktails and snacks.

furniture/design is a bit out dated the city (Bad Reichenhall) was pretty much closed down when we were here, as it was a holiday. and when the stores are closed, there's really very little to do in the city.

A very nice hotel with swimming pool/sauna/spa in the Bavarian alps. breakfast was very good, rich and tasty. swimming pool is excellent, a little crowded at times, but we came early morning and the place was pretty free. price was good, has parking place.

At one bedroom, the bed was in metal but the mattress was not high enough, so it was not very comfortable, When my husband was waking up, due to this metal bar, he made a brutal movement on his shoulder and he got hurt...Maybe it could be better to install a higher mattress so that the body does not touch the metal bar.
