I have stayed here a number of times and it has always proved to be, clean comfortable and with easy access to everything I need in Munich. Breakfast in particular is splendid and sets me up for the days work. I can only reccomend this excellent hotel. It may not be everyone's ideal but suits me perfectly. Excellent value as far as I'm concerned.

Instead of the panoramic room promised in the photos, we got a room overlooking the backyard. There is no luggage storage at the hotel, and I think our request was handled inflexibly.

Great location, rich and plentiful breakfast, comfortable beds, quiet room, perfectly clean, friendly staff.

they are not allowed any visitors for security reasons as they explain to me but over all it's doesn't matter for me because i felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

The check in process was super fast, the room size was good enough also was neat & clean. I really loved staying in this hotel which is close to the city center like 10 to 15 mins working distance and the location in the main street which accessible to many transportations options. The hotel is clean and the staff were so friendly and professional ,also the hotel is secured so I didn't worried about my stuff in the room. Thank you all for this good experience that i got from your hotel. Also, I would like to say thank you for the girl who's working at the reception as she was so professional and so helpful to me. One more point during my checkout they gave me a small chocolate box for Christmas.💐

The guy in the reception mostly bald and dyed black hair did "shhhhh" to us when we were in the bar during new year's eve before 10 PM, I have no problem if he asked me to speak less louder, but doing "shhh" is rude.

Short walk from the main train station and to the old town, elevator to all the floors, 24 hour reception, wifi I'm pretty sure the lady receptionist was specifically practicing english to make conversation with me which was really sweet

Location is great. The mistress in the reception was incredibly helpful, always with a smile in her face. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent.

The bathroom of our room was quite small—with a corner shower that tended to leak if you bumped the doors open. Not good for anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were wonderfully friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the bed very comfortable. Our room was small but well laid out, with a desk and two chairs and coffee table fit in. The windows were soundproof (good since it faced the tramline). Old fashioned feel to the place that was fun—room keys get left with front desk, plasterwork ceiling, etc. Continental breakfast was very good.

The pricing was confusing Make sure you read carefully I booked double room for 2 people and single room for 1 person Rooms same size Double of course was more expensive While checking out I was charged more because there were2 people in double room
