You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomSooner or later this hotel will need some refurbishment, and in places it shows a little already.
The location and the river views it offers are the main selling points of this hotel. We were reluctant to leave the room and its terrace, so breathtaking were the views of the Rhina and the ships. Just make sure to book and get a room with "river view". The large free hotel car park was a great bonus.

United Kingdom1. We were ripped off €5.90 for a bottle of water at dinner! This alone almost made us score the venue very poor. It is crazy business policy to spoil an otherwise excellent meal with such stupidity. 2.Unlike civilised hotels, there was no complimentary water in rooms. 3. The breakfast was OK, but quirky: a mixed plate of meat, factory cheese and salad items on a plate for each table.
The dinner menu included excellent home-made pastas with excellent flavour - far better than other we ate in Germany. Salads were also better than elsewhere.

The staff, view from the room and location are excellent. Outside dining was very nice. The breakfast was very good even though after 5 days it was a bit monotone.

Lovely hotel to relax and chill.. Right on the Rhyne. Watching the boats go by. Food Lovely Roberto and his wife were lovely. Very clean hotel pretty garden with sunbeds and deck chairs to relax on. Jetty a few minutes walk away . There's a lovely out door bar on the jetty. Serves chips and German sausages. Live bands play outside .
