This is a stunning hotel in a beautiful city. I really could not fault a thing. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the hotel itself is a treasure set in the most gorgeous grounds.

I thought parking was included, so maybe didn’t read the website correctly, but it’s not.

Gorgeous place with impeccable period furniture feels so luxurious. Attentive staff. Delicious plentiful breakfast. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was gorgeous. We rented an electric car for our trip and they do have onsite charging, though it was crowded.

Honestly, there wasn't much I didn't like! Everything was fantastic. No complaints. At all.

The room was super cute and cozy. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were excellent and so kind and helpful! The breakfast buffet was so good! We loved taking breakfast or late-night drinks on the terrace, or sitting out in the yard reading. Honestly, this place is so dreamy and lovely! And the location cannot be beat! So close to the center of town with shops, restaurants and the spas, and mere steps away from the beautiful Lichtentaler Allee. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Baden-Baden. It also easily had the best AC of any of the places we stayed in Germany.

I had a joyful stay and would run back in a hurry, breakfast is good but could be better. Afternoon Tea also finished (as in they ran out of cakes) fairly early. Also staff recommended the more modern Caracalla baths over the Fredrichsbad - whilst both have their merits, anyone staying at an establishment like Belle Epoque is going to infinitely prefer the beauty and elegance of the Fredrichsbad experience.

Upgraded to a junior suite. Stunning room and view over the gardens. This is an old fashioned hotel from another time, you aren't getting a dyson hairdryer in your room or a banging bar downstairs. It has understated elegance and the old time touches that make you glad to be in a small hotel. Lovely staff who remember your name, afternoon tea included in the room rate.

old world glamour, time stands still. The room was spacious and airy, a little eccentric. Very quiet, slept well.

Quite a climb to the top floor where our room was. When we returned from our evening meal out we had expected to enjoy a drink in a bar /lounge we were surprised at how quiet everywhere was.

Hotel Belle Epoque was amazing--the location is great and the property is really nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread is substantial! The staff is also very friendly and willing to help with any questions.

Private parking was a big plus (and was a must for us). The parking cost is reasonable at 21 euros per night. Using the destination charger however came with an unexpected automatic cost of 20 euros per charge, regardless the time or kWh’s charged which is rather expensive if you don’t do a full charge. There are no signs (on location or website) that there will be an additional cost (and destination chargers are free in most places we stayed). We have absolutely no problem with an additional charge, but a signage and/or cost indication would have been nice.

Overall very pleasant experience. Characterful hotel and room (had a room in the main building), friendly and helpful staff. Very good location, walking distance from the centre.
