It was my second time staying at this hotel in two weeks. Contrary to my first booking, this room was less thoroughly cleaned, and a stench of cigarette was leaking through the windows into the room. Also the window was located next to the hotel's bright sign, which shone through the curtains at night.

It was good and clean place. Some people complaint about the exterior sound of the roads but it was not that much issue.

The most annoying thing in the room was that although the bathroom was clean it had a very bad odour coming from the shower (i assume it's a pipe problem). Moreover the sink was so blocked that the water gathered there, which made brushing teeth a nightmare. The annoying thing about it that you come late to the hotel and discover those stuff and you want to leave the first thing in the morning, so it's kind of not worth it to wait for it to get repaired. We had room number two which is very near to the hotel's cafeteria and we unfortunetly did hear some of the noise going out there, but it wasn't that annyoing. With that said, i would go again if the problems in the bathroom were fixed.

The room and the bathroom looked nice and clean. Although the hotel is on a big street the rooms were very well sealed that we didn't hear any noises coming from the street. Something worth noting is that the check out was until 12, whereas, as far as my experience goes, the check out is until 10. This is amazing because you can just rest well and go out without feeling rushed.

Very little in the way of bars etc in the hotel area. Hammerbrook is not far away but my walking is limited due to arthritis, no problem for anyone of average fittness. The Hamburg card is wiorth considering, just jump on the bus, train, S-bhan, can't go wrong.

The hotel itself is quite adequate, clean and tidy with helpful staff but it is in a fairly industrial area. The bus stop is only a few yards down the road and there are two S-bhan stations close by. It is worth doing a bit of research on travel in Hamburg beforhand but the price of the room made the bus trips worthwhile. I would recommend paying the extra for breakfast, typical continental help yourself, you can fill up with coffee and juice . Good selection of rolls and meats, cheese etc.

Location is in an industrial area, so a lot of huge trucks around. Nothing to do around. Bathroom has large window and a bright clock in the mirror, and the bathroom has no door. So the room was to bright to sleep. Internet was rather spotty.

Good price for the cost.

Breakfast was terrible - we paid 13EUR per day per person only to get a little dry bread, some slices of cheese, some slices of ham or salami and some slices of borring tomatoes. Room was cheap, so overall an okay experience.

We had the big family room and there was plenty of space.

No door between bathroom and sleeping room. Ventilation was working all night, this noise is not so disturb, but it was there.

There were many trucks running on the highway outside the hotel, but our room was comfortable and pretty quiet fortunately because it did not face the street.

Very bad wi-fi, would not connect my devices. Room service - I got towels replaced but bed was left unmade. Not sure if this is the standard.

I appreciated the double bed. The room was clean. Parking space included in prices is priceless. Walking distance from Turkish restaurants.

The mirror behind the bed had a very bright light in it that could not be turned off. Also, the pillows were too thick and hard.

Bathroom - it’s very modern, but there are definitely not enough shelves to put or keep own staff. Also there are no heater and cold. And the sound of air exhaust is 24/7 - none stop. Bedroom - in general very good, also modern, good bed, but windows are huge and even they are closed cold is blowing strongly from the gaps in the walls. Only huge heater helps and hot water in bathroom.

Stuff were great, we stayed 3 days and met 3 persons, all they were friendly, helpful and polite. And clean (everyday trashes were cleaned). Baggage locker was free.

The decor... Probably the ugliest room I've stayed in a for a long time. The wallpaper (beige animal skin print) didn't match the bed upholstery (gold with small leaves), which didn't match the carpet (autumn leaves), which didn't match the curtains (dark blue / beige). There was an uncomfortable golden armchair with a glittery inner fabric and a wooden table with a gold shiny leg...

Late check-in was possible; free parking was available; the room had big windows that one could open fully; despite being next to a big boulevard, it was quiet; the pillows were smaller than usual (which is a good thing!); the price was very good; there were no water pressure or temperature issues in the shower (which is rare)

The hotel is located near a big boulevard so there is heavy traffic and it is a bit noisy. Not enough restaurants nearby.
