For checkin I didn't know what to do. I booked 4h prior to arrival and wrote them a message 30min before arrival. After 15min i reached the owner on the phone and finally got the instructions how to get the key from the lockbox. At checkout the lady at the counter asked me to fill a form with quite some personal information. Her reasoning is that it is important for my invoice. But the room had been prepaid though Booking already, so in my view sharing my personal information was unnecessary. Everything was great except interaction with staff

Staff were unavailable until checkout, but it was expected as we stayed during Easter holidays. Kitchen was well equipped but a few more basic things would have helped, like salt, kitchen paper towels and cutting board

Spacious, well decorated, separate bath and toilet, comfortable living room, nice balcony with furniture, easy flexible check-in and checkout, close to train station and a couple of supermarkets

Warm water didn't work at first, but after contacting the host (which was a little difficult tot get a hold on) we recieved instructions for turning the warm water on.

It was very neat and clean! The studio was big enough and also the location was easy to find. Parking was free, so that's a plus!

If you want a personalised experience this is not for you, but for us this was no problem at all. The room, facility and location are just perfect.

We have been to this location twice on our last trip, as it is exactly what we want after a long day of driving. Both times the rooms were insanely big and well equipped. I'm not sure if there is a breakfast option, but we brought our own which we could prepare perfectly in the little kitchen. Parking is available on premise, and check-in is automatic with a locker; super fast & easy. The location is perfect, as there are many nice restaurants in buhl, and we actually like the center of the village a lot.

We had great staff, got an upgrade that exceeded our expectations … Good variated breakfast for a good price Store nearby and free parking. I lost my ring in the room and they called me to notice this so they could send it to me 😍😍😍

Unfortunaly upon arrival there was no staff and the door of the hotel was closed. I was not informed about this. I called to the hotel and staff from another location guided me to open a postbox with the roomkey. Also the room was set for 1 person (1pillow) while we booked for 2 persons. Since there was no staff we just dealt with it.

Room on the ground floor, next to the entrance, which made it loud and ( having the window open for some fresh air) cigarette smoke came into the room 😖.

Road outside very loud and busy. Noise from outside meant we couldn’t open the windows while we slept. Fire station across the road with an alarm at 5:45 am

Our room was not air-conditioned and due to its location on the ground floor it was not really possible to open the windows as people walked passed and it would also have been a security issue. With 35 degrees it was a nightmare as we were not able to sleep. The situation was made worse by the fact that one mattress was almost impossible to use as it was completely worn out. When you sat down it felt as if you sank into the ground. After an awful night we then wanted to have a drink of cold water. Turns out the fridge was not working. Then we wanted to have a shower, the shower gel container was empty. Not a big issue but by then we just wanted to leave. We were very disappointed in this accommodation and can not recommend it.

There are only 7 parking spots for around 20 rooms, there was only an almost empty toilet paper roll in the room, the coffee maker in the room is a nice touch, but providing only one capsule for two days renders it rather useless after one coffee

Only the very low bed which is quite difficult for us of a certain age!

It’s great! We have used it several times now as a half way stop on our journey north. It’s comfortable, clean and when there is a person on reception, they are very friendly.
