Everything was great! the only disappointment was the extra charge for the breakfast that was supposed to be included with the room charge! We were also charged the extra charge for the breakfast the last morning. We had to leave before the restaurant was open!

The restaurant was closed in the evening (but on the upside, this meant we discovered Ristorante Botticelli, which was splendid!)

A good hotel for our short visit to Hannover - the upgrade to the suite was a much-appreciated gesture and the breakfast was very good. The hotel is clean, quiet, and handy for the U-bahn.

Good location for travel, near the motorway and petrol station. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean room and powerful, spacious shower! Large parking outside and nice fenced garden to relax to the rear of the building. Good size rooms.

We stayed in this holel twice and on the way back restaurant was closed so we couldn't get dinner which was quite inconvinient. There is a small bistro short walk away from the hotel, which the lady at the reception suggested, still we would prefer meal in the hotel.

Location near motorway and next to petrol station. Spacious car park. We travelled with dog and this hotel is very pet friendly, our dog was allowed in the restaurant. Also securely fenced good size garden allowed our dog to run around off lead after long day's travel.

There is no airco. If you arrive at 29 degrees🌞 you should ask to the rooms in the back and not with a view on the street as the sun is there in the afternoon to the evening. Last year with covid restrictions the 🍺 Beer cafe was closed, this year it's open and if your room is on the main street side exoect people to have a beer in the night outside and the noise of tram, cars and people. All this is no problem in the winter❄️ when the window is closed. Overall I recommend this 🏨 hotel for the nice people and reception and excellent breakfast. Just remind the things above when there is a heat wave.

The reception is fantastic. They don't have any fridge in the room but they are willing to accept to store little food in their big fridge until you leave. The beds are perfect to sleep on.and the room is perfectly clean.

We were commuting and just stayed very briefly - coming in late and leaving early. Was an excellent choice for us in this circumstance. Clean, functional, large shower with good pressure. Close to autobahn (including E7). Large, well lit (and free) parking lot. Pleasant lobby. Fair/reasonable price. Both staff members were nice. There was a hot water kettle in room with Tea which my wife enjoyed.
