We book this hotel regularly for an overnight stay, when we are traveling long distances. It's perfect for this purpose since it's only a 5 minutes drive from the highway. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy and staff is very nice.

This hotel is getting very dated and requires a refurbishment.

Rooms are comfortable but a bit dated. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of selection. Bed was comfortable.

House keeping failed to make my bed professionally. They did not bother to fluff the pillows or the cover sheets. They just threw the sheets over the pillows and left. That really annoyed me when I returned to my room for the night. See photo.

The area was practical for my needs on this trip. It was quiet. My room was spacious.

The carpet on the corridors looked old. The corridors smelled as if the air needed to be better circulated.The pillows were not fluffy. Felt a bit clumped.

The room was spacious.I got a room on the 4th floor facing the back of the building hence it was quiet. The rooms facing the street would be not so quiet because of the main road. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The room was clean. I did have to pay extra to get a better standard room.

The bathroom smelled of old urine, which one could smell in the sleeping area if the door wasn't completely shut. The hotel is a bit outdated.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was professional and polite as always. Free parking directly in front of the hotel! We each had a large bed for ourselves which was a great surprise! Reasonable charge for our dog.

Everything was fine. The beds were big and really comfortable and the room was clean. I really liked the electric kettle in the room, so I could prepare a coffee in the room :)

Actually the room seemed to be from the 80s re furniture and the washroom (obviously from the shower curtain) had a bad smell.

Hotel was in general clean and has a good reachability and location. Room had a good size and a kitchen, which we did not expect.

Stairs in the hall on the way to the room - so if you take a luggage trolley, you need to unload it, carry it up the stairs (oh yes) and load it again.

It was a planned dinner with colleagues and I standed and waited and waited becouse were not enough chairs. More waitress passed by but none of them noticed. I was the only one with no chair. Only after i made a remark they brought me a chair and eventually fork, knife, etc. For a 4 star Hotel to have a dirty toulet, black margins just cleand where is in plain sight... i was disappointed again.

Heater was very old so we could not use it during the night (very loud, dust smell and windy). A lot of insects were trapped in the heater as well. This means it got quite cold at night which was a problem as we were travelling with a small baby. Everything else was clean but a bit old. Kitchen was empty (no pan, pots).

Staff very friendly, bed comfortable, good size rooms. Useful location when travelling from highway. Good breakfast.

The air conditioning didn't work and due to the plant noise and smell I couldn't have the window open., only staying one night and needed to sleep after a long drive. Drink glasses were dirty.
