There is nothing around the hotel. So unless you have a good reason to be in that neighbourhood look at other parts of Offenbach.

The hotel was well located relative to my meeting location. But the neighbourhood is strange as all surounding building are being renovated.

Very close to the metro station, 4 min walk. stuff very friendly and helpful, rooms simple, but cosy. Breakfast was quite good. But you need to come early:)

Water was clogging in the bath tub. The shower head holder was broken. Such a nice hotel with 4 Star rating should have a bit better maintenance of their bathrooms.

Reception is open 24 hrs. The room was bigger than usual hotel rooms. There was a small table fan which was very convenient for summer nights. The bed was super comfortable and 4 different types of pillows were provided. I arrived at 1 am and was happy to see a complementary water bottle in the freeze. Couldn't use their Sauna, but overall I was happy with my stay in this hotel.

Unfortunately, we forgot the BT speaker in the room. We contacted the hotel, but no one ever found the speaker. Strange. It wasn't exactly cheap, but our fault. I would prefer a different hotel next time.

Had an AC in the room which was very helpful as the days we stayed were quite hot. The location is next to a bus and close to the S-bahn station. Supermarkets, apotheke, and public park are at walking distance. The kiosk for snacks and souvenirs is especially helpful. All in all, a good value for money hotel.

Hotel Parking was small area because of the construction near the hotel, they have Parking lot in front of the hotel and have to cross two roads for that and have take coin every time from the reception for the automatic gate to take your car .

The internet/wifi is not even close to satisfactory quality and speed. For business travel, this was rather disappointing.

Coffee machine located where there are no power outlets.

Early check in request was granted, room was prepared with adjoining door already open for family use. Staff were all very helpful in the restaurant and reception. Excellent service.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I would especially like to praise the girl at the reception who speaks Croatian. In addition to being professional, she gave us useful advice regarding our stay in Offenbach and Frankfurt.

The room was cold and there is no notmal possibility to make it warm enough. My wife had to use extra bed cover since regular blanket was not enough due to temperature in the room. Outside you can hear airplanes loud enough, but didn’t bothered me during a night. Arrival by car was not convenient due to construction site and since hotel parking lot is located on opposite side of the road.

Personal were very friendly. Room was clean. Great breakfast.

The room was too hot and when I opened the window the noise of the traffic kept me awake. It caused the whole trip to be very tiring as I could not get adequate rest.

The staff are excellent. Breakfast was also very good and the room facilities were fine.

Very poor dealing & rude attitude of One of the receptionist; who has on desk (8,9Dec21); totally disappointed. Such personals to be trained properly in order to avoid similar incidents. Recommending that lady to send for a proper training; to properly understand the good way of customer handling!.

The reception desk on 6,7,8 Dec21 was treated very politely & is appreciated; including the restaurant staff.
