The size of the shower was great but there was no shelf to put products. Not in Hana’s itself. Back downstairs toilets were smelly.

Spacious and well decorated room. Delicious and varied breakfast with an omelette bar. Modern and well equipped gym. Nice restaurant and friendly staff. Walking distance to the lovely old town of Steinheim. Good parking.

Price was bit higher for such hotel from this chain and location is not best for participating on the conference help in Conges Center, as by walk it is far away, so you need taxi or car. Otherwise very nice hotel and friendly staff.

Very nice and clean hotel with spacy room, coffee machine, where you could also make tea. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom and plenty of parking in front of hotel. Good working wifi, even for TV streaming.

Background music at breakfast was one song on a loop that played over and over again. Extremely annoying! There was no bar or restaurant available at the weekend. Very poor customer service.

The breakfast was mixed. The breakfast on Sunday morning was poor with not enough buffet hot food and limited other food. On Monday it was better and by Tuesday of a good standard.

Food. Do NOT eat at the Bee Bar but go up to the old town. We ordered a pasta bolognese and a vegan pasta bolognese, both were not worth eating (or the money). The sauce was sour, and the pasta (penne) must have been cooked a very long time before: it had no taste at all and fell into pieces. Cooking fresh pasta and adding pre-made but still fresh sauce can't be that hard, no? We didn't eat even half of it. Our hotel room was not clean, there was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. Even worse, our towels weren't clean but had clearly been used before, one even has lipstick stains. Disgusting.

It's my 4th of 5th time in this hotel and still one of the best to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean and big rooms, very good quality of sleeping. Free parking around the hotel. Nice buffet for the breakfast. Very close to the "Altstad".

Bar not open, stating that it shuts at 10pm Which is exceptionally early as we would have liked to return for a nightcap but was never visibly open atall. The room was open in the day but no staff behind the bar. Seemed a little expensive to other hotels in the area.

The bar wasn't open in the evenings. This would have suited us to meet up with family for a drink before going out but it wouldn't stop us going there again.

Staff were lovely. Breakfast wasn't included so we paid ourselves with non guests and it was worth the cost and there was a great choice. Hotel right beside a lovely old village which we enjoyed wandering around with plenty of options for food/drink.

Unfortunately the hotel didn't provide any sort of breakfast or dinner. I know that it's a bit difficult under current conditions, but other hotel cope with it perfectly fine. So it was very disappointing to get that information during check-in and not beforehand.

The room was very nice and clean. The minibar was included in the business package and luckily the receptionist had a few flyers for ordering some dinner.
