Room cleaning service was upon request, There were a couple of things in the room that were old or defect (like some handles in the bathroom or the shower cabin)

I asked for a late minute request regarding the carpet (I wanted a room without it) and they did it. The bed was comfy, the room relatively clean. Breakfast was simple.

The room itself looks bit old. Here and there some signs of wear/old. One of the faucet wasn't working. Ow and indeed the free breakfast was not worth to check, just some coffee, bread an chees/ham. Nothing else really

Staff were very friendly, location was near the city centre, also parking was oke. Very swift check in process. I like the build in radio in the room. Has a fitness room and sauna but have not used it.

Roms to the front are a bit noisy you can hear a bit of the traffic as the hotel is right by Central Station

Wifi in the breakfast room was intermittent. The breakfast offering was limited ! A fresh fruit salad, muesli and yoghourt would be good ! ie healthier options

There is a lot of construction in the area, especially near the train station. Therefore, navigating the temporary tunnels and pathways can be very confusing for a visitor.

The room was very basic, but it was a good value for the price in such an expensive city.

There was a problem with the hygenie delivery service and there was no soap. I had extra effort to get soap and find a room with soap....

It is close to train station and facilities nearby. the room was enough for relaxation . the staff was helpfull.

Very dirty in lobby floor, in elevator cabin, in corridor floor. Also very dirty the background wood wall for luggage 🛅 area in Room. Dirty Terrasse as well.

Good location , it is just behind Stuttgart railway station, but on a very quiet street. possible to find free parking on nearby street. Or pay a few euros park in hotel. Air-conditioned rooms.

The staffs weren't necessary professionals, but nothing bad at all and it was nice that the reception was open 24/7

Room was big enough, enough utility for this price and location was close to a station which made it convenient to commute to and from central region.

1. Bed and pillows could be more comfortable. If you are getting at the hotel on foot from the city center/train station, be prepared to walk uphill.

The bathroom needs remodeling. The pipes smell too strong, it is almost unbearable.

The room had a good size for fitting 4 people. The beds and the sofa/bed we're very comfortable. The room was very silent.

The cleaning and arranging service. The used towels if kept on floor for replacement should have been replaced. After the first remark that something was wrong at least next day it should have been taken care of.

Room was spacious but not clean and 2 days they forgot to clean the room despite of informing the reception. It was strange as I had booked for 16 colleagues some for 3 nights and majority for 4 nights. 5 of my colleagues had the same problem of not getting their rooms cleaned and the others had their rooms cleaned. I had the towels changed once although I followed instructions to put the towel to be changed on the floor 3 times. Same with my other colleagues we had to take towels from the reception.

I wanted a single bed for 2 people but got two separate beds and they were splitting when we made movements in the bed. location was close to city center, but it wasn't near a metro and it's a bit hilly.
