A lot homeless people around of location, what is little bit scared and unpleasant

However, I was a bit surprised that room service was not regular, if you want to have your room cleaned, you have to ask for that at the reception. My room overlooked quite busy street, for me in was totally OK, but many people may feel serious discomfort of that. Breakfast was really very generous, but except of seldom variations, all the days the same.

Location of the hotel is really excellent, just next to U7 station "Wilmersdorfer str." and in two minutes walk from S-Bahn station "Charlottenburg". Plenty of restaurant, cafes, all kind of shops and bars around. The room was quite big and comfortable, bed was just perfect ! Breakfast was very good, large variety of cold and warm options, dozens loose teas which you can brew in a teapot.

First of all I travelled with my partner to which the bed was double bed but two small different duvet,so we could not stay under the same duvet. It was crazy hot in the room even with the heater off at night we couldn't sleep as we were too hot, ofcourse there were times it was cold during the day but my last day stay the heaters were completely switched off. The room also had a very funny smell.

The location was good depending on where I was to go every morning.

It's new and comfortable hotel with good rooms, which is situated not far from Kudamm in Charlottenburg-Wimmelsdorf

Nothing extraordinary, but definitely not bad at all. Great value for money. The location is either amazing if you want to stay in West Berlin, or at worst good if you want to visit East Berlin, since it is very close to the S-Bahn.

What I didnt understand was after the service cleaned the room there was no towel and shower gel in the room. When i asked the reception , they said come and take this stuff. Aside this the hotel is good price and value

The hotel is clean, warm and comfortable. The bed is perfect. Small tea machine and gratitude tea bags are appreciated

Found the Parking near by difficult to find but did manage to locate it in the end.

As an overnight work stay the Best Western Ticks all the boxes. Nothing exciting but functionally a good working hotel.

Everything was perfect, only the towel was in spots, not clean enough :( Small looby directly near by entrance with the dirty sofas

The location is really good. To main railway station you can go by S-Bahn 10 min, to the center - 20 min by foot As usual a very good breakfast, look at the pictures

The location is a bit noisy (had windows overlooking Kantstraße, quite a bit of traffic and pedestrians), WiFi was logging me out and disconnecting a few times a day so I had to log back in every time, and the table could've been a little bigger. The spring water bottles in the room were a nice extra touch, but didn't realize they came at an extra cost.

Good location close to multiple S and U stations, a lot of shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. The room was clean with a big comfortable bed, everything I needed was there, including a kettle.

Pleasant personnel. Location is 2 minutes walk from S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations, bus stop – just in front of the door. A lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Breakfast is good, a lot of options, and (what happens not so often) they have a paper cups to take coffee "to go" if you're in rush.

It was a convenient location easy access to train, local market and restaurants. The breakfast was filling and had a variety of options. Even gluten free bread which I appreciated.

No attention to details. King size bed, single size comforter. 1 Bath towel, too small compared to other hotel. Breakfast overpriced like night rates (due to event I must assume)In my case it was the hot time of the year (no air conditioning- only heating)
