Breakfast was good. The area around is very nice, next to a big pond and park around it. Lots of restaurants nearby. 10 min walk to U bahn. Room was ok.

This is currently my goto hotel in Munich. Silent surrounding, a couple of blocks away from services and Ubahn. Good breakfast with fresh fruit. Friendly feeling of a family business. Comfortable beds and pillow. Good wifi in the rooms I used lately.

The hotel is situated in a very pleasant suburb of Munich close to nice bars and restaurants. Underground and English Garden are also just a short walk. The welcome from the staff is first class. Breakfast is marvellous, and the rooms are very clean and very spacious. We will look no further next time we are in Munich.

Location was great! Was a bit expensive due to it being Oktoberfest time, but that was the case all over town. Breakfast was good and the staff were particularly friendly and helpful.

Towels are quite thin and after three days without replacement, somewhat limp. The lighting in the room was well placed but just a little more attention to decor would have been nice (a plant? Or picture on the wall?). The decor in the breakfast room was charming, by comparison. Main service was spotty. My room was not routinely tidied up.

I love the location (have stayed in this location before) and the breakfast was excellent. The facilities are a little spartan (I wouldn’t rate the room decor as cozy) but very clean, and more than adequate to one’s needs. Staff were pleasant and the value was very good considering the very reasonable rates. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

These are tiny details just to answer the question. The room could have more electricity plugs.

The staff is friendly and informal, creating a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is good; my measure is fresh fruit. The bed was exactly suitable, firm enough and a pillow that is formable to any thickness. The location is extremely silent, away from roads and just by the park. Small walk to U-bahn, shops and restaurants. I had an important business call to be made, so the staff ensured beforehand that wifi is strong enough.

The staff and accommodations were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly helpful since I do not know any German. They helped navigate the city and public transit. They made the overall experience of the trip that much better!

It was a 15-20 walk to subway station, but was well manageable and only 3 stops to town center. Worth it to have a quiet place to come "home" to.

Exceptional courtesy from all the staff. I had some setbacks in the schedule due to traffic conditions, and already before 10pm I received a phone call asking me when I would arrive; Ascertained that I would arrive after the reception closing time, a solution was still found. The next day the person I think was the owner, personally accompanied me into the garage, where a comfortable place had been reserved for me, and helped me with access and parking maneuvers; same thing when I left, at the end of my stay. Furthermore, the location is very convenient, in the Munchen Schwabing area, close to clubs, restaurants, services in general, and a 10-minute walk from the Munchnerfreiheit metro station from which you can quickly reach Marien Platz and the BMW Museum. The room assigned to me was very quiet.

Good breakfast with fresh fruit bowl, eggs according to your wish. Fast and friendly service. Firm bed with good formable pillow. Balcony towards silent street with trees. Perfect location just by English Garden and could of blocks to the busy restaurant areas.

For some reason our reservation from booking.com did not go through, but the host was so accommodating. They managed to find us a room. They were kind and friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. I loved the stay.
