Nice and clean place in a quiet area. It is a bit from center but close to u-Bahn. It is easy to find when you travel by car and you can park in the backyard. Very helpful staff. I recommend this hotel!

A good and affordable place to stay a bit outside the city centre. Clean and newly renovated rooms with everything you need for an overnight stay. Close to A1 and the U-Bahn that takes you quickly into the center of Hamburg.

Quiet neighborhood with close metro station. Easy parking with lots of space. No one bothered me. The room had everything I needed. I wanted place to rest safely and quietly not to spend whole days in the hotel, so for this it was perfect. Shower is hot.

For the entire stay there was a demp wet smell in the air. In the evening the when we arrived there was no central heating, in the morning there was. The self checking was not so smooth as I would have like. Unfinished room, you could clearly see isolation and other stuff from the inner wall. Toilet was not properly cleaned. Semi exposed wires in bathroom (from a possible mirror light) Electrical fuse box panel (complete new)(Probably for the whole floor level rooms) on child height, suggested to use a key for the electrical box)

Not clean, smelling cigarette, socket not working, infiltration in the wall, floating in the bathroom, door not safe, chairs dirty, spider webs, kettle dirty, handle in the window broke. Was not that cheaper for the location it is.

The hisum in one of the rooms was not working. In one room there was no hot tap water and in the other the water could only get mildly hot. No electric kettle in the rooms, contrary to what was shown in the picture. No kitchen or even microwave available.

The bar which held the shower curtain was broken but surely they fixed it soon after I notified them.

Very tidy room close to a metro station, with quick connection to the city center, at very affordable price. The staff was quick to answer the phone even late in the evening to assist with check-in outside of business hours.

It was not cleaned well. The first day we had no towels. Early in the morning it was very noisy from the neighboring rooms. We had no contact with the staff.

I think it's a good option only for an overnight stay, if you plan to spend most of the time inside the hotel, then it can be not so convenient. but apart from that, it's a good option

it's a good price/value combination. I needed to book something cheap on short notice, and this hotel was the only good option: the price was low and the location was still good. the hotel is in close proximity to subway, so living outside of the city center was not so bad... you can reach the city center/main train station within 15-30 minutes from the hotel. also, keep in mind that it's not 5 stars hotel, so obviously it's not super polished. but I was happy with the conditions.
