The only thing I didn't like was that the mini fridge and the coffee machine share the same plug socket, so you choose between. Likely to be personal to my experience but the room that we had, had a lamp on the right hand side of the bed that was damaged and needed to be propped up against the headboard.

The cleanliness of the rooms were superb throughout the whole stay, nothing was missed. The staff are super kind and have your best interest in mind. The rooms are stunning and the photos do not do it justice, the location is well situated at an 18 minute drive from old town cologne or a 5 mins walk to the leydendecker st station. The bar is 24/7 and the staff will serve drinks at all hours for a very reasonable price

Overall, our experience was flawless. However, if I were to suggest an improvement, having a bottle opener in the bedroom would be greatly appreciated, especially for accessing beverages from the mini-bar.

During our stay, the property exuded sheer luxury. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our comfort and promptly addressing all our queries. The bedrooms were absolutely phenomenal, an exquisite sight!

it’s location unfortunately draws it back if you don’t have a car, there’s parking on site though .. and I suppose you can use one of those scouter things to get around.

I love the design of it, nice decor and the layout was comfortable and room very spacious . the staff were so lovely, the hotel was clean, parking on site, 24hr bar service.

At such a high price-point, parking should be free and breakfast should be included in the room rate. This is not really a luxury hotel! Room finishes are very sloppy (slanted shelves, for example) and the bathroom smelled horribly of sewage. Thankfully there is a door between the hallway/bathroom and the main part of the room. The towels need urgent replacement: they were full of holes, tears and stains (they were clean, just extremely worn-I've never seen such a thing in a hotel)!! This was the biggest red flag for me. They do not accept AMEX.

I picked this hotel because it is located close to a concert venue and it has parking available (12Euro/night in an open lot). The location is far from the centre - if that's what you are looking for, but there are plenty of very cool little restaurants, cafes and parks within 10-15min walk. The room concept is nice, I liked the duplex style, the space is huge and the bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating, their English could be a bit better. I appreciated the free water/coffee and candy available-that was a nice touch.

A lot of the room and hallway interior had significant signs of wear, shoddy repairs, strange odours, superficial cleaning. No closets of any kind! Just a clothing rack with hangers and a small bench. Pillows were uncomfortable and provided no support. Mini fridge with glass door (red bull promo fridge) was not plugged in and when powered it was extremely loud and too bright for sleeping, so we had to unplug it at night. The upper area of the big loft was mostly useless space with just a small desk. Window view at an ugly parking lot with no privacy screen. Window curtains were rubbish as both the blinding curtain and the sunscreen curtain were on the same rail. Mood lights in the shower area could not be turned off for sleeping. No hairdryer.

Spectacular, very impressive, invoked a location from a book I'm writing. Clean, cool layout, all expected amenities, quiet (both hallway and other rooms), lovely false patio that let in a delightful breeze. Beds were comfortable, rug was soft. The staff were very welcoming, they offered free hot drinks and pick & mix for the duration of the stay which was a nice touch. It was a very modern hotel and offers something different and unique in comparison to other hotels! It was only a short walk to the underground train station and the local shops and supermarkets. It also had a bus stop right outside the hotel which made it easier when coming from the airport as we got dropped right outside.

This is the perfect place for a goth like me. Everything is nice, black, clean, modern. The room looked like on the pictures, even better. The room is so big, like a small house. Reception workers were very nice and kind. Train station and the concert place is near. I would really like to live in this hotel, I didn't want to leave 😅
