The hotel charged us an extra 15 EUR to check in 45 minutes earlier for a reservation that costed twice their usual rate due to the fair. Rooms are of laughable size, missing even a wardrobe. They kept leaving a single towel for was was clearly a room where two people were staying. What really bothered me however wasn’t the huge rats outside the hotel in the parking area or the breakfast 2-3 items. What really bothered me was the fact that during the last morning of our reservation there wasn’t a single staff member available to refill the breakfast buffet or get our invoice.

United Kingdom4 reviews“Only downfall about breakfast”I didn't see any brown sliced german seeded bread to toast. As I have been to Germany many times the sliced or unsliced loafs of bread is lovely and very healthy. This was my only disappointment everything else was great.
Staff were very friendly as this was my second visit here. Great selection on the buffet breakfast included Nutella which is my Son's favorite. My Son is autistics and he enjoyed his time also, the dining room is very spacious. Some people ate breakfast outside as there is an area with tables and chairs there also.

Commend the nice receptionist? Or the clean bathroom? Or the nicely made comfortable beds? Or the easy access to the hotel parking? Sorry.

Nice and clean room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We enjoyed staying outside of a city centre. There is a free car park but might be a bit busy. A lot of shopping centres around.

I speak spanish as well but obviously that's not an option. Now a days MANY people have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant and i was surprised that there was absolutely NO option offered.
It was very clean, good location, comfortable beds.
