Sadly, the hotel is not close to a U-BAHN stop. There's a bus, however we were not comfortable with trying to figure out the bus system.

One elevator was broken during my visit, but there was another one.

I did book my usual business class hotel, but I was met with what I would consider the upper end of business class or lower end of luxury class. Everything exceeded what was shown in the pictures, from the grandiose lobby to the room itself.

Being on the 7th floor and not having direct access from the elevator, having to take one elevator to the 6th floor then walking across to the other side of the building to take another elevator to the 7th floor. For a normal person this is probably not an issue, but for someone with a slight handicap, it was a struggle at times. But in the end, nice apartment for two people and two overnight.

Apartments were clean and spacious enough for two. Loved the kitchen, bathroom and storage area provided.

The staff we met did not have a good day. We asked the receptionist if he spoke English. He confirmed but then kept switching from English to German. The next day he wanted us to pay for something but was unable to explain for what. Again - kept talking in German. About 30 minutes after we arrived to our room a cleaning lady barged in without knocking or anything. She promptly left without a word but it just seemed rude and weird.

We only spent one night, but the hotel seems good enough - room was clean and comfortable. They offer a great number of additional services in the bulding such as massages. It met my expectations.

highly recommended to anyone visiting hamburg. It is a bit outside, but just a 20 minute ride away. Rooms were super comfortable and clean and the breakfast and other meals were just super!

The hotel was great, but location was not what I was expecting is too far from city center and is only connected by bus.

I would have rated the place higher except for the ff reasons: Both elevators were under maintenance when we checked out. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator before a staff member allowed us to use the service elevator to go down to the lobby with our heavy suitcases. I was charged twice for the parking fee, even though I said that the parking was paid during check in. At check out time, I couldn't find the invoice so the receptionist checked her computer and confirmed that the parking fee was still unpaid. So, I paid for the parking fee. Later on, I found the original receipt which indeed showed that I had already paid for the parking. I have requested a refund and am waiting for the reply of the hotel.

Location is a bit out of the way. Heavier weights in the gym would have been appreciated. Food in the restaurant felt a bit high.

The check in was good, but check out was great. The lady on the front desk was very accommodating and offered a lot of support with information and advice. The gym was spacious and various options for equipment to use.

Location could be better regarding restaurants and cafe. Close to billstedt center though.

The hotel room was very clean and big. Outside you could hear the planes, but when you got into your room you didn't hear them. The breakfast menu was excellent.

Internet was disaster. Very slowly 12 mb/s. Very oft for 2-5 minutes wasn't internet at all. Steam room was closed. I readed internet, so steam room was closed long time ago. On the room describe is information that walls are soundproof. Sadly I heard noises. Extreem loud was room service next morning in my neighboor room.

The room was nice and clean. Shower was SUPER! Nice and cozy sauna area. Free parking on the street. There are a lot of free places. Free coffee and tea.
