Noise in the morning due to construction, smell in the aisle, pillows

The place was still under construction, so there was lots of construction noise that started very early in the morning. There was no bulb in the desk lamp and no way to regulate the heating.

Great location. Just right in terms of what I wanted (small kitchen, desk, wifi).

they have a digital key system so you need your phone with you at all times with battery/bluetooth. although very modern it created unnecessary problems when the keys didnt work. the digital keys allow the hotel to not have staffed reception 24/7 however you end up needing staff 24/7 in case there are issues with the keys (staff were very responsive/helpful when you call the hotline but if the issue is with your phone you wont be able to call anyone). its also indicated that breakfast is included however it wasnt clear that its actually just a grab and go breakfast station in the corridor near the elevator that gets restocked over night. its not bad but you do have to have the right expectations

the location and the recent renovation to the building are the positives. The staff tried their best to fix issues

Difficulty gaining initial access to room, with awkward Bluetooth enabled App control. Once it was working, it was a lot easier.

Lovely well equipped room, with nice kitchenette, great fridge, with microwave also. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrific Location near lots of transport., and city centre.

the floor was a bit dusty and for late night arrivals the mobile phone key may be a bit cumbersome for sleepy heads like I was around midnight.

- Too expensive for a simple and ordinary hotel apartment with absolutely no common areas. - Security issue Nr.1: on a sunny Sunday there were 4 drug addicts injecting drugs in the garbage area of the building with no constraints. Administration simply argues the building has no staff. - Security issue Nr.2: by the stairs there is an exit door to the street which remains full time opened (day and night), blocked by a stone. Everyone from the street can get easily into the building and It was noticed that recently a homeless man was caught sleeping on 5th floor...

The noise from the ongoing construction was unacceptable. Starting at 7 am there was loud drilling and hammering that made it impossible to stay in the room. Also the place was advertised as grab and go breakfast, but there was no breakfast only drinks like tea and coffee. Lastly on two different occasions staff entered my room while I was gone.

The location is fairly convenient and easy to find.

For better user experience i wish room has bedside tables and/or accessible socets to charge mobile while sleeping.

All perfect - I didn’t see anyone while there, but everything worked well with the access app and the room was clean, warm and convenient.

I was out of my phone battery due to the long day travel and work. It was almost impossible to get in without the phone.

Location was very good. Busses are 2/3 min away. The main station and city is also within 5 min of walk. There is a interesting system of grab and go breakfast, which is free. I liked that part.

The temperature in the room was turned up too high. We switched the aircon off. But we only discovered on the last night that the bathroom heater was making the room so hot. Not being accustomed to this type of heating, our few nights there were extremely uncomfortable due to the heat. The wifi also required payment and longgggg contracts. There was no parking available on site.

Worst check in experience ever. Took over an hour and I almost left thinking it was all a scam. No one available to call for help, only an answering machine saying that working hours were over. After complaining via messaging I was approached by the company offering to reimburse me and surprise surprise nothing happened. It's a pity since the room was actually nice, but the customer service was dreadful.

The room itself was pretty nice and comfortable.

There’s no stuff after 18:00 and if u check in later and u have a problem - no one will help u. It was extremely cold in my room and the conditioner didn’t work. In the morning I also didn’t find a reception, I don’t know if it exists. U have to download an app for getting a digital key and to watch a confusing video in oder to find out how it works, who has time for that? The price is too high for such quality

No support staff, no 24hrs hotline, no info material nor welcome screen/ system for login into bulding, app that did not work, etc..

There was no description downstairs in the building, nothing, not even a member of staff or support, or a screen or brochure or anything. We tried for about 2 hours to manage to get into the booked rooms/ with the codes, that were meant to sent to us which did not work - it was a nightmare. Support "hotline" was a joke, nobody answering after 6pm and it a absolute no go answering with "check-in time is before 6pm". Sorry, but there is no way I am staying there again or recommending it to others.
