We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomReally hard to find fault but there were two minor changes that have happened that we felt could revert back. Firstly the spa menu does not have an English version anymore..in addition the allergen menu is separate and not clearly marked on each copy. We loved how safe it felt to eat in the spa due to a clearly. Labelled English menu. Appreciate for 99.9 percent of visitors that is not relevant but would be great to make it easier, especially as no mobiles to use Google translate with!! Secondly, pre 2020 there were blankets available in spa to use in rest rooms and on sun chairs whilst watching a sunset (yep even in February this is possible and very romantic). I understand why in 2020 they went but as the skybar now has sshred blankets could the spa ones not return? I am being picky with this items as frankly it would not change my overall rating!
Back after a couple of years and still has the Bora relaxing feeling. They have made some improvements and changes since our last visit and some are really good. The new extension on the sky bar so even when weather not great it still makes an excellent location for a cosy drink at the end of the day. The new rest rooms so even more places to chill after the saunas and pool. The restaurant serves good food and the chef will make almost all the dishes gluten frei if asked. The staff will provide gluten frei rolls for breakfast when asked and there is muelsi that is GF as well. Always tidy and organised. We have had nothing but helpful staff in hotel and sauna. Love this hotel and facility. Always a shame when we need to go home and feels a long time till our next visit at Christmas.

United KingdomStaff was not accomodating at all, Restaurant dinner was offered from 18-21 but they wont take any tables after 19.45 and that's not announced everywhere, you only figured when you show up and the personnel is rude to you. Some services like a bike to go around the lake you have to pay extra 25 for the day, and don't think of enjoying the spa unless completely nude, and everyone can see the nudists from some of the rooms and the bar at the 4th floor. Won't repeat
