We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe parking is good and safe but most spots are slim, perhaps made for older cars not the modern beasts and SUV's or my wide door sports car. Just inside the gate on the right there are half a dozen wider spots and some further toward the exit. Would not stop me staying here.
The location is lovely in the centre of the park. I am so glad I stayed here and not in the city as walking through there did not feel like a place I would feel safe at night. Luckily the hotel just the other side in the centre of the park and fantastic. Drinks and dinner in the more casual area was delicious with spectacular views over the water and the park. The staff were really genuinely nice. One of the best Schnitzels I've had. The restaurants and even the breakfast room (photo) are lovely. My room had a lovely view over the water and luckily the air con worked great as it was a lovely sunny afternoon.

Great location, in a park. It was so peaceful, it felt like being in the heart of the country. Yet it’s only 10 mins walk from Bremen Station ((back entrance), & 20 mins to the Old City. My room had a view of a little lake, & had a balcony. A beautiful, relaxing place to spend time. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere inside. I had booked a room with a lake (‘see’) view; they upgraded me for free to an executive room with balcony on checkin. They did the same when I extended my stay. Much appreciated, it greatly enhanced my stay.

Amazing place to stay. The hotel is located in the middle of a beautiful park with gorgeous views. They offered me a free upgrade and I was stunned when entering the room - so spacious and conditions are really nice. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer excellent food (dinner n breakfasts). I’d stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

SwedenI travel across the globe and have stayed in many 5-star hotels, but only very few have inspired me to write a review. This hotel environment was quiet (though it is part of the city), with a fantastic view from the room of the well laid out trees among the pond. The architecture of the hotel is very nice, as well as the furniture selection, which gives it a classic view and still comfortable to use. The staff were very professional and were forthcoming to help to make my stay comfortable and without any issues. I would definitely like to come back and stay again in this hotel.

NetherlandsI just wish we could have stayed long enough to use all the facilities the hotel had to offer! One little minus point; we had reserved three rooms next to each other (two double and one single). Alas one of the double accommodations with an enormous bed was allocated to the one single guest while the couple slept the night on a 140cm mattress. Because the hotel is 5 starred, they did not mention it.

Quiet and tranquil location looking out onto trees and the park. Ideal to walk out straight into the park for a evening walk, Comfy large bed, even for a single room. Very tasty breakfast with a large choice. No time to try the gym and pool.
