The internet was not working well. As I was in a middle of a family crisis and needed reliable access to zoom it was stressful but I went to sit in the lobby and eventually the amazing staff gave me a room closer to the server (I guess) where the internet was working fine. But I did stay in the upper level apartment which was much more spacious and bright. Shout out to the staff. The location can't be beat.

Great place, super clean, good amenities (kitchenette, towels, comfortable beds). The staff was great and so was the location. It might be bit dated but it is clean and comfortable. I loved the corner unit on the 5th floor, it was bright and spacious.

That I needed to pay in advance for breakfast, € 15 per day/ € 60 in total. But I didn’t use the breakfast and that I didn’t get all my money back :(.

Bed matresses were too soft and beds were horribly noisy.

Location is very convenient, next to the central station and very close to the city center. It's okay to stay here for a night, maximum two. Staff was friendly; baby beds are available upon request.

The clothes washer is not in the suite, you have to access it in a shared room at back of the hotel

The description stated parking. this is not correct as parking place would not accommodate motorcycles. The staff were not helpful in finding somewhere to park a very expensive motorcycle & trailer.

Not too close to the city but not bad, sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and had seen better days. Couldn’t keep the window open as it was so noisy outside

The first staffperson at check-in was very unhelpful and unfriendly - very unexpected at such a hotel. Thankfully another staffperson in the back of reception overheard the conversation and came out to help me. Also, not unlike some other hotels, there was poor accessibility for someone using a walker - doors were difficult to open and stay open while entering (no accessibility buttons); the room required stairs to access; the breakfast room required stairs to access. Beds were hard.

The corridors/communal area was a bit run-down although the room itself was nice. No air conditioning.

Nice sized single room with amenities such as a small kitchenette. The Receptionists was very welcoming and exceedingly helpful. The room was clean.

Can be noisy at night as there was a concert the night I was there. Used earplugs and it was fine.

It was spacious with refrigerator, kettle, stove, separate bedroom and living room. A nice apartment. The location was a short walk to the Old Historical square. Food at every corner.

Centrally located, well-priced, clean and spacious comfortable rooms. The hotel met our purpose of staying in the city for one night. We also got lucky with a room in the back that was really quiet. Plus, the hotel offers a discount for a parking garage located 100 m away. I agree with the other reviewers that the hotel and rooms are quite old & in need of renovation but honestly, that didn't bother us, especially considering the prices and location. Sure, if our trip would have been longer, we would have chosen a more modern establishment with all the frills. But this was just fine.

The amount of kitchen utensils could be improved, but all the basic necessities were available.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Totally worth the money/service.
