No hot water at all in the bathroom on the top floor. No window blinds on the rooftop window in our room, so it got very bright in the morning.

Clean and quiet. Friendly owner. Relatively close to both the station and the interesting parts of the city. Cheap.

Only one bathroom per floor which could mean some waiting time if it is busy.

Very central location, a few walking minutes from the main sites and there are plenty of food options around. On-street parking right outside (limited) which is free over night. Staff is super friendly! There is a small kitchen for guests to use and free coffee. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, especially the bathrooms.

The only reason that I could not rate my stay any higher was simply because the room had a horrible smell that was not unlike sewage... It wasn't especially potent but it was enough to not enjoy staying in the room. The host insisted I leave a review, which I think is worth noting.

Pleasant and relaxing hostel. The free beverages was the highlight of the stay and it delivered in offering a friendly and comfortable environment.

The room was in the Last floor, in the atic. It was too cold, the heating did not work, we found an electrical radiator and it was not enough to feel the room confortable and warm. The wifi signal was weak.

The location, it was easy to find and get.

There is no locker for your personal things. Just one bathroom with shower for each floor, so if you get in a busy period could be a bit difficult to find it clean. There is not an actual reception, so maybe not the exactly idea of a hostel if you've been in hostels before.

Free Coffees and teas. clean place overall. nice position on the map, the centre and old city are about 15 min walk. Bed really comfy with space for luggage and backpacks. rooms are quite good size.

Couldn't get the water in the shower any warmer than ice cold (though, in fairness, that may well have been me failing to understand how it worked), and the walls are fairly thin, so you can hear the people in the room next to you.

Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and had a nice view. Check in and check out were easy and straight-forward. Fairly central and well-connected area. The communal kitchen downstairs includes free hot drinks, and is a nice place to chat with other guests.

The stair was creaky, so it was a little annoying at times, but to be fair, we did go to bed around 10 PM, because we were staying with a child. The mattress was also not the most comfortable, but it was a fair price.

The manager seemed very friendly and helpful – he certainly made us feel that if we had any requests, we could contact him anytime. The room and the kitchen were clean, there was free coffee and fast wifi. We couldn't hear the cars go by during the night, even though it is located on a busy street.

The only downside is the lack of sockets near the bunk bed to charge the mobile phone.

Pillows! Im not sure how long they are planning to use them for but im sure they had their last "working day" 2y ago. It felt like all the missing socks of Bremen were thrown into a pillowcase and renamed as a pillow! Combined with a super hard bed(which for some is perfectly fine) we did not sleep very well.

Host was helpful and friendly, location is very good.

The top/attic floor room only had a skylight window. It was hard to ventilate the room as we had to close the window during the rain storm.

We had a good overnight stay at the hostel, which is located right opposite a park and within walking distance to city center where stores and restaurants are. The hostel amenities are basic but like that it's very clean.

The steepness of the stairs - if you're carrying more than one bag, or are not an Olympic rock climber, there might be problems getting to your room.. Lack of towels and shampoo. No insect net on the window, so lots of flies and wasps...

We arrived at about 1pm on day of check in and hostel was not open until after 3pm on the day. Check in was 3pm, would have been nice to be able to leave our bags there to explore the town before check in. Also pillows need replacing, very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Very clean place, great to have kitchen facilities. The park across the road is nice to walk through and the hostel is walking distance to marktplatz and Schnoor area which are the highlight of Bremen.
