Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South KoreaThe neighborhood was not good. I didn’t know that the back street is a well known red-light district. From the main station, we carried big trunks with us and meanwhile a suspicious black man followed us two times. We were a kind of big family of six people but still frightened. And when we arrived the flat, in the kettle there was a left-over tea bag. And black dust lint was all round the pillows. Overall the apartment was nice and facility looks not old but cleaning has some problems.
We were looking for a place with kitchen. And this apartment was the only option for us without a rental car. It’s walkable distance from the main station (with kids) and very close to the sight seeing spots.

Great location, almost 10 minutes from the city center by walk. Really liked the self check in process and our room was ready 3 hours before the check in time which was very helpful, especially when you have your luggage with you. For sure it is a value for money apartment and you can find everything you want in the close area.

TurkeyWe were in this city to celebrate New Year's Eve. Even though this location seemed very central, we did not feel safe on New Year's Eve. lots of people of different races and we heard gunshots throughout the night. We were worried. That's why I didn't like its location.
Everything was sufficient at home. There was plenty of storage space and I loved it.

IndiaCons: 1) The rooms are slightly compact and the Double Bed could be tight for 2 companions of medium/large size. 2)No staff hence no room cleaning during your stay, so you need to keep the apartment tidy yourself. 3) Internet is slightly mushy but works most of the time. 4) The rooms pricing is similar to that of near by 4 star hotels, would be great if it can be reduced slightly.
Best parts of the property: 1) Location is right in the center of Frankfurt and close to all kinds of public transport option. 2) The entire human-less check-in process is very well structured and simplified by the host and Brera. 3) The crockeries, oven, hair drier and small pantry is really great for longer stays . 4) Perfect accommodation location for Messe Frankfurt visitors.

United KingdomThe person on reception ignored us for ages, no answer on the phone, then she opened the door and turns out it wasn’t even for us it was for her delivery. Completely ignored us while we stood there waiting until we saw the self check in. She walked right past and went off not a word. We guessed our floor, didn’t realise there was a lift.
Nice and quiet, very clean, great facilities. Bed was very comfortable and such a nice shower.

BrazilSome details in terms of maintenance (the remote control was not working, the shower would not fix at the right height, curtains with broken pullers ,burned light bulbs and although cleanness seemed ok at a first glimpse ,under the bed, inside the wardrobes , it was not quite so! Cleaning services only once a week is not enough in my opinion. Toilet paper only for the first days: this seems a very mean attitude.
The flat is very well located, easy access to transportation (buses, trains, subways) and walking distance to touristic points, restaurants, supermarkets. Very hectic region! The layout of the flat is very good, it is roomy, illuminated and cozy. Bathroom is spacious and kitchen convenient.

The room is small but very efficiently arranged so you have everything you need and it has a nice big bathroom. The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect in the centre of Frankfurt. It is in the better part of Bahnhofsviertel, far enough from the train station and close to the city centre.

GermanyFirst, there is really NO air conditioning, and during the summer the temperature in the room increased to an absolutely unacceptable level. Moreover, we had to keep the windows closed during the night because of the horrible noise from outside. It means every night choice between 'headache because of lack of air' and 'headache because of noise'. Then, the cleaning team is out of control (manager's own words), they come without notice and clean... I cannot call it 'good'. Yes, the floor is clean, but not the bathroom or the kitchen sink, and no free toiletries (only some small amount in the beginning). The floor in the washing room is very dirty, so if you dropped your just-washed clothing, wash it again! In the bathroom, there are no hooks or shelves next to the shower to place your sponge or shower gel. We had no Internet connection for 2 days and had to pay for the LTE.
The hotel is located in the city center, very close to Zeil, museums, shops, Main river. It can be easily reached by public transport (U-Bahn and tram). The cooking facilities are quite good, which is indeed very important for the apart-type hotel. We were able to cook ourselves instead of eating in restaurants. Washing is free, and you can use also the dryer. Managers are very friendly and polite. Internet connection is fast (when it works).
